Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի արտաքին քաղաքական «կիքսերը»

Օրեր առաջ «Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրել էր, որ իշխանությունները հնարավոր բոլոր լծակներն օգտագործում են, որպեսզի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար որևէ պաշտոնական այցի հրավեր ստանան ԱՄՆից: Տեղեկությունն ինքնին տրամաբանական է, հատկապես, որ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության ամերիկյան ուղղությունը, մեղմ ասած, արդյունավետ չէ։

Սակայն հայկական կողմի ցանկությունները հազիվ թե իրականություն դառնան, եթե նկատի ունենանք այն ակնհայտ բացթողումները, որ մեր իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները, այդ թվում՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ունենում են արտաքին քաղաքականությանը վերաբերող հարցազրույցներում։ Ահավասիկ, նախօրեին հրապարակվեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հարցազրույցը ռուսական ազդեցիկ «Նեզավիսիմայա գազետա»-ում։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն, ըստ ամենայնի, խնդիր ունի Մոսկվայում վերականգնել իր հանդեպ վստահությունը, ինչի հետևանքով հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների համատեքստում անդրադարձել է նաև հայ-ամերիկյան հարաբերություններին։ Փաշինյանը մեկնաբանել է ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հասցեին հնչեցրած քննադատությունը՝ Սիրիա մարդասիրական առաքելություն ուղարկելու հետ կապված, ասել է, որ նախորդ իշխանություններից որևէ մեկը նման քննադատության չէր ենթարկվել: «Կա և հակառակը: Հայաստանի որևէ կառավարություն ԱՄՆ-ին չի քննադատել այնպես, ինչպես ես»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը։

Այնքան էլ պարզ չէ, թե ինչու է Հայաստանի վարչապետը նման պարզունակ հնարքով փորձել սիրաշահել Մոսկվային, մանավանդ, որ վերջինս, պատկերավոր ասած, վաղուց չի հավատում «արցունքներին»։ Հետո՝ երբ նման ռևերանսները պարբերական բնույթ են կրում, Մոսկվայում ավելի մեծ կասկածանքով են սկսում վերաբերվել Հայաստանի իշխանության արտաքին քաղաքականությանը։ Հեղափոխությունից հետո հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում առաջացել է խորքային ճգնաժամ, ինչը չհաղթահարվեց անգամ այն բանից հետո, երբ Փաշինյանը Սիրիա հումանիտար առաքելություն ուղարկելու վիճահարույց որոշում կայացրեց։

Ի դեպ, խիստ զարմանալի է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այլ երկրների ղեկավարների է խորհուրդ տալիս՝ ինչպես շփվեն Պուտինի հետ։ РБК հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում նա նշել է, թե ինչպես պետք է Ուկրաինայի նախագահական ընտրություններում հաղթած Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին հարաբերություններ կառուցի Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ: «Չեմ կարծում, թե նրա համար բարդ կլինի (Պուտինի հետ շփվելիս): Այստեղ մի պայման կա՝ լինել ուղիղ, ազնիվ, առանց որոգայթների. այդ դեպքում դժվար չի լինի: Պարզապես պետք է ուղիղ և ազնիվ շփվել», - ասել է Փաշինյանը: Շատ տեղին կլինի հարցնելը, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «անկեղծությունը» կոնկրետ ի՞նչ օրակարգ կամ առաջխաղացում է բերել հայռուսական հարաբերություններում։

Սակայն վերադառնալով հայ-ամերիկյան հարաբերություններին՝ նկատենք, որ Փաշինյանի վերը նշված հայտարարությունների համատեքստում գրեթե անհնար է պատկերացնել բովանդակային լուրջ երկխոսություն, օրակարգ Երևանի ու Վաշինգտոնի հարաբերություններում։ Հետո էլ՝ վարչապետը զարմանում է, որ Վաշինգտոնը գրեթե անարձագանք է թողել Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած թավշյա հեղափոխությունը։
