Քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանն ընդունել է պաշտոնական այցով Երևանում գտնվող Լիոնի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Ժորժ Կեպենեկյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Այս մասին հայտնում են քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

 

Կարևորելով Երևանի և Լիոնի միջև իրականացված ծրագրերը՝ մասնավորապես, հայ–ֆրանսիական մասնագիտացված ուսումնական կենտրոնի ստեղծումը,  «Լիոնի այգու» կառուցումը,  տեխնիկական և փորձագիտական աջակցության տարբեր նախաձեռնություններն ու փորձի փոխանակումը, Հայկ Մարությանը նկատել է, որ երկու քաղաքների միջև պետք է բարձրացնել համագործակցության արդյունավետությունը:

 

«Երևան քաղաքը իսկապես շահագրգիռ է հայ-ֆրանսիական ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության ընդլայնման և զարգացման հարցում, և այստեղ մեծ հեռանկարներ ենք տեսնում: Մենք նաև մի շարք ներդրումային ծրագրեր ենք մշակել Երևանի համար և շնորհակալ կլինենք Ձեր աջակցության համար՝ Լիոնից հնարավոր ներդրողների ներգրավման առումով: Նաև պատրաստ ենք քննարկել և մեր իրավասությունների շրջանակներում աջակցել Երևանում լիոնյան գործարարների կողմից առաջարկվող ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացմանը»,- նշել է Հայկ Մարությանն ու իր պատրաստակամությունը հայտնել երկու քաղաքների միջև հաստատված համագործակցությունն էլ ավելի զարգացնելու և նոր մակարդակի  վրա դնելու հարցում:

 

 

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով համագործակցության ընդլայնման պատրաստակամության համար՝ Ժորժ Կեպենեկյանն իր հերթին նկատել է, որ հարկավոր է վերակենդանացնել և նոր ուժ հաղորդել երկուստեք հարաբերություններին:

 

«Մեր համագործակցությունը պետք է տեղափոխենք ավելի պրագմատիկ փուլ, ինչի համար բոլոր նախադրյալներն առկա են: Վերասահմանելով նոր ուղղություններ, համոզված եմ, մենք կկարողանանք կյանքի կոչել  նոր ծրագրեր, որոնք կարևոր են քաղաքների տնտեսական կյանքում: Փորձի փոխանակման ծրագրերն էլ իրենց հերթին կբացեն նոր դռներ»,- նշել է Ժորժ Կեպենեկյանը:

 

Փոխքաղաքապետը ներկայացրել է նաև Լիոնի կառավարման համակարգը  և նշել, որ այն համարվում է «ընդդիմության մայրաքաղաք»: Ժորժ Կեպենեկյանը նաև նշել է, որ Լիոնում տեղադրված Ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակը հավերժացնող հուշահամալիրը ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատում է ֆրանսիացի ժողովրդի դիրքորոշումը ցեղասպանությունների դատապարտման ու ճանաչման հարցում:

 

Անդրադառնալով համագործակցության նոր ուղղություններին՝ կողմերը կարևորել են առողջապահության (պոլիկլինիկական համակարգի աշխատանքի արդյունավետության բարձրացում), բարձրագույն կրթության, մշակույթի, սպասարկման, հատկապես հանրային սննդի ոլորտներն ու զբոսաշրջության զարգացմանն ուղղված ծրագրերի իրականացումը:
