Իլհամ Ալիեւի հետ խոսակցությունը եղել է ուղիղ, անկեղծ, առանց թակարդների։ Այս մասին այսօր «Սիվիլնեթի» տաղավարում ասաց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե արդյոք ինքն ու Ալիեւն իրար լավ են հասկանում։

«Ինձ համար այդ խոսակցության մեջ ամենակարևորն այն է, որ մենք ուղիղ, անկեղծ, առանց այսպես ասած թակարդների խոսում և քննարկում ենք: Անկեղծ ասած՝ այդ խոսակցությունը մի խոսակցություն է, որը կարծում եմ՝ պիտի շարունակվի, և շատ լավ կլինի, որ շարունակվի, եւ բոլոր նախադրյալները կան, որ այդ խոսակցությունը շարունակվի»,- ասաց նա:

Այնուհետեւ պարզաբանելով, թե ինչու շեշտում այդ մոտեցումը՝ մի օրինակ հիշեց Վիեննայում Ալիեւի հետ զրույցից․ «Մի դրվագ պատմեմ մեր խոսակցությունից: Ես ասել եմ, որ կարծում եմ՝ ղեկավարները չեն կարող լուծել Ղարաբաղի հարցը, որովհետև Ղարաբաղի հարցը լուծողը ժողովուրդն է: Որևէ լուծում հնարավոր չէ, եթե այն ընդունելի չէ ժողովուրդների համար։ Բոլոր մանրամսները չեմ պատմում ոչ թե նրա համար, որ ինչ-որ գաղտնիք կա, այլ ուղղակի դա կոռեկտ չէ եւ ճիշտ չէ նաեւ դիվանագիտական առումով»։

Փաշինյանն ընդգծեց, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ այդ զրույցի բովանդակությունը նույն է, ինչ հրապարակային է ասվում, քանի որ իր համար չկա փակ կամ բաց ռեժիմով խոսկացություն, դրանք, նրա խոսքով, մեկը մյուսին շարունակում են։
