Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել` Իրանի քաղաքացուն կողոպտելու համար

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է ԻԻՀ քաղաքացուն մի խումբ անձանց կողմից կողոպտելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի երրորդ մասնակցի մասով նախաքննությունը:
Գործով տուժող, ԻԻՀ քաղաքացի Ֆ.Մ.Ղորբանու նկատմամբ կողուպուտը տեղի է ունեցել 2010 թվականի նոյեմբերին՝ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից։
Նախնական քննությամբ պարզվել է կողոպուտն իրականացրած անձանց շրջանակը, նրանց ինքնությունը, դեպքի հանգամանքները։
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համաձայն՝ 30-ամյա Գ.Մկրտչյանը, նախնական համաձայնության գալով Վ. Ղազարյանի եւ վերջինիս մտերմուհու՝ Հ. Հայրապետյանի հետ, 2010 թվականի նոյեմբերի 18-ին՝ ժամը 21-ի սահմաններում, Երեւանյան լճին հարող Բագրատունյաց փողոցից իրենց «ՎԱԶ-2107» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան են նստեցրել ԻԻՀ քաղաքացի Ֆ. Մ.Ղորբանուն, միասին ճաշելու եւ հյուրասիրելու պատրվակով նրան տեղափոխել Մասիս քաղաքի ուղղությամբ, որտեղ Երեւան-Մասիս մայրուղուն հատող Նորաբաց գյուղի ճանապարհին նրան իջեցրել են ավտոմեքենայից, կյանքի ու առողջության համար ոչ վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելով՝ բացահայտ հափշտակել նրան պատկանող «Այֆոն» տեսակի բջջային հեռախոսը, դրամապանակը, որի մեջ գտնվել է 50 ԱՄՆ դոլար եւ 12.000 ՀՀ դրամ:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Գ.Մկրտչյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 176-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 4-րդ կետերով:
Նրա մասով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, եւ քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
