Տնտեսության առաջմղման հավելյալ քայլեր

Արմեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Այս տարին հենց սկզբից լի էր տնտեսության համար բացասական ազդեցություն ունեցող իրադարձություններով թե՛ ՀՀ-ում, թե՛ ամբողջ աշխարհում: Այս ամենը հաշվի առնելով` կարելի է սպասել, որ տնտեսական զարգացումները լինելու են ոչ այնքան դրական, սակայն կառավարությունը փորձում է որոշակի քայլերով մեղմել այս ամենի հետևանքները:
Օրինակ այս տարի իրականացված հարկային օրենսդրության բարեփոխումերով, պետական ծախսերին ճիշտ ուղղություն տալով հնարավոր է եղել գրանցել ավելի մեծ աճ, քան կանխատեսվում էր տարեսկզբին:
Իհարկե բնական է, որ այս ծրագրերն իրականացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ են որոշակի լրացուցիչ ներդրումներ, որոնք իրականացնելու համար կառավարությունը կնքել է շուրջ 35 պայմանագիր:
Այս մասին խոսել է նաև ՀՀ միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման և բարեփոխումների նախարար Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը, ով մասնավորապես նշել է. «Այս օրերին շատ է շոշափվում Հայաստանի պետական պարտքի հարցը: Եկեք քննարկենք՝ ինչպիսին է պարտքը և ուր է այն գնում: Վերջին մեկուկես տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը կնքել է շուրջ 35 պայմանագիր: Այդ ընթացքում պայմանագրերով կնքված 1.5 միլիարդ դրամի չափ գումար է ներգրավվել, որից տնտեսություն է գնացել 146 միլիոնը: Այսինքն, մենք ոչ թե անմիջապես վերցրել ենք այդ 1.5 միլիարդ դրամը , այլ այդքանի ծրագրեր ենք սկսել»:
Հարկ է նշել, որ բարեփոխումների համար նախատեսված ծրագրերը երկարաժամկետ են և նախատեսված են գալիք երեք տարիների համար: Ծրագրերից ստացվող գումարները ուղվում են տարբեր ոլորտներ, ինչպես նաև ստրատեգիական նշանակություն ունեցող, տնտեսության ցուցանիշների ձևավորման վրա զգալի ազդեցություն ունեցող ձեռնարկությունները վարկավորելուն:
