SOCIETYԱզգային ժողովում քննարկվում է Իրանից ներկրվող ցեմենտի վրա հավելյալ տուրքեր սահմանելու հարցը, որով առաջարկվում է իրանական ցեմենտի գինը բարձրացնել այնքան, որ հայկական արտադրողները մրցունակ լինեն դրա հետ։
Հարցի առնչությամբ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մանե Թանդիլյանն իր ելույթում ասաց. 
«Քննարկում ենք չափազանց կարևոր օրենք: Սա ուղղակի պետտուրքի բարձրացման օրենք չէ, այլ մի այնպիսի օրենք է, որը վերջնական ազդեցություն է ունենալու նաև մեր քաղաքացիների կյանքի որակի վրա, շինարարության և այլնի վրա: Հետևաբար, պետք է զերծ մնանք քաղաքական էմոցիոնալ տեքստերից և տարբեր տեսակի շահերից, որոնք բախվում են այս դահլիճում: Մենք ուղղակի պարտավոր ենք ունենալ մրցակցային տնտեսություն, տեղական արտադրողը պետք է լինի մրցակցային»:
