Թագուհի Դավթյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
ՀԷՑ-ի վաճառքից հետո բավականին ակտիվ քննարկվում և խոսվում էր այն մասին, որ ընկերության սեփականատիրոջ փոփոխությունը իր հետ բերելու է համակարգային փոփոխությունների:
Մասնավորապես ՀԷՑ-ում առկա են որոշակի խախտումներ և սխալ մենջմենթի արդյունքում ընկերությունն ունեցել է մոտավորապես 25-30 մլն դոլար կորուստներ:
Այսօր արդեն պարզ է դառնում, որ ՀԷՑ-ում նախատեսվում է ներդնել նոր համակարգ, որի արդյունքում՝ էլեկտրիկների և սպառողների շփում չի լինի: Կներդրվեն նոր սարքավորումներ, որոնց միջոցով բոլոր հաշվիչները կմիացվեն մեկ ընդհանուր ցանցի և սարքերն ամսվա վերջին, տվյալներն ավտոմատ կհաղորդեն կայանին:
Սա կարելի է համարել ընկերության ներսում կատարված կարևորագույն փոփոխություններից մեկը: Լույսի մարդ ինստիտուտը կվերանա, իսկ սա նշանակում է, որ կվերանան բոլորիս քաջ հայտնի գողության դեպքերը: Կարող ենք հստակ փաստել, որ այս փոփոխությունից հետո ավանդույթ դարձած գողության բարքերը կմնան անցյալում:
Համակարգի արդիականացումն ու ավտոմատացումը, կբերի ընկերության ներսում կատարվող ծախսերի ահռելի կրճատումներին:
Կարծում եմ ընկերության ներսում կատարվող «ռեֆորմների» այս տեմպերը կարճ ժամանակում կվերացնեն ՀԷՑ-ի ներսում առկա «բարդակը»:
