Վանաձորում ուժեք քամին լուրջ վնասներ է հասցրել  Վանաձորի զինվորական պանթեոնին եւ քաղաքային գերեզմանատանը՝ քամու հետեւանքով քշվել են գերեզմանների հարևանությամբ կառուցված տաղավարների տանիքները, կոտրվել են գերեզմանում գտնվող ծառերը, ուժեղ քամուց շրջվել են մեծ ու փոքր գերեզմանաքարեր,  գերեզմանատան տարածքում քամու ուժին չեն դիմացել նաև էլեկտրասյուները՝ մի քանիսն ընկել են, մի քանիսն էլ թեքվել ու այժմ գտնվում են ընկնելու վտանգի տակ:

Քամու դադարելուց հետո ընկած գերեզամանաքարերն առաջինը նկատել են գերեզմանատան սպասարկումն իրականացնող Վանաձորի Սպասակում ՓԲԸ-ի աշխատակիցներն ու տարածքը մաքրող Աիդա տատը: NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում Վանաձորի Սպասարկում ՓԲԸ տնօրեն Արայիկ Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ գերեզմանատանը հասցված վնասները  ՓԲԸ-ն փորձում է վերականգնել եւ այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներ են տարվում:

«Մի 8-10 քար գցել է, որը կարողացել ենք, մեր ուժերով վերականգել ենք: Մի 5 ծառ է գցել: Քարեր կան ընկել են, բայց չեն ջարդվել, երկու քար է ջարդվել: Որը կարողացել ենք, ուղղել ենք, որը չէ, հարազատներին ենք փնտրում, որ կանչենք գան,- ասաց նա:

Մեզ հետ զրույցում տարածքը մաքրող Աիդա տատն էլ նշեց, որ իր տղայի գերեզմանն էլ է քաղաքային գերեզմանատանը եւ երբ քամին դադարել է, նկատել է, որ գերեզմանաքարեր են շուռ եկել:

Ջարդված գերեզմանաքարերից մեկը զինվորական պանթեոնում է, աշխատողները մեզ հետ զրույցում դժվարացան ասել, թե որ ազատամարտիկի գերեզմանն է դա: Գերեզմանատան աշխատողները սեփական ուժերով գերեզմանների հարակից տարածքն ազատել են արմատախիլ եղած ծառերից, վերականգնել ընկած, բայց չջարդված գերեզմանաքարերի մի մասը: Այժմ աշխատակիցները փորձում են գտնել ջարդված ու ընկած գերեզմանաքարերի հարազատներին:
