Սիրտ-անոթային հիվանդությունները, ի թիվս այլ քրոնիկ հիվանդությունների, նույպես սրվում են գարնանը: Մագնիսական փոթորիկները, եղանակային կտրուկ տատանումները մեծացնում են սիրտ-անոթային հիվանդությունների ռիսկը: Նման օրերին պետք է նվազեցնել ֆիզիկական ակտիվությունը, հեռու մնալ սթրեսներից, ոչ մի դեպքում բաց չթողնել բժիշկի կողմից նշանակված դեղերի ընդունումը:

Շնչական հիվանդությունները, ինչպես, օրինակ, ֆարինգիտը, բրոնխիտը, հայմորիտը, վաղ գարնանն իրենց զգացնել են տալիս: Կարեւոր է չխաբնվել առաջին հայացքից տաք թվացող եղանակին եւ առանց շարֆի ու գլխարկի տանից դուրս չգալ:
