Ե՞րբ կթանկանան մեքենաները Հայաստանում
INTERNATIONAL NEWScar.ru-ն «Արտասահմանյան ավտոմեքենաների ներկրումը Հայաստան աճել է ավելի քան մեկ ու կես անգամ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Երևանում օրվա ընթացքում մաքսային հսկողություն է անցնում մոտ երեք հարյուր ավտոմեքենա: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է «Արարատյան» մաքսային տերմինալի ղեկավար (արդեն նախկին-խմբ.) Կարեն Բաբայանը: Տարվա սկզբից հաշված՝ Հայաստանում տրանսպորտային միջոցների ներմուծման ծավալը կազմել է մոտ 23 հազար միավոր: Համեմատած 2018 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակի հետ՝ ներմուծումների աճը կազմել է ավելի քան 60%: Փորձագետների կարծիքով, ներմուծման աճը պայմանավորված է այս կովկասյան հանրապետության՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցության հետ: Հայաստանին հնարավորություն է տրվել մինչև 2019 թվականի վերջը տրանսպորտային միջոցների ներմուծման դեպքում պահպանել մաքսային վճարների նախկին մակարդակը: Այնուհետև այդ պայմանները կվերանայվեն: Սա հուշել է երկրի բնակիչներին շտապ կարգով արտասահմանյան մեքենաներ ներմուծել: Մինչ օրս մեքենայի ներմուծումը սեփականատիրոջ վրա արժենում է դրա արժեքի 10 տոկոսը: Մյուս տարի նոր սակագին կգործի: Դա կկազմի 0,4-ից մինչև 3,2 եվրո՝ շարժիչի հզորության մեկ խորանարդ սանտիմետրի հաշվով: Այսպիսով, մոտավոր հաշվարկներով, մեկ և կես հազար խորանարդ սանտիմետր շարժիչի հզորությամբ մեքենայի «մաքսային ձևակերպումը» սեփականատիրոջ համար կարժենա առնվազն 600 եվրո կամ մոտ 328 հազար դրամ (մոտ 43,7 հազար ռուբլի): Ավելի անբարենպաստ տարբերակի դեպքում այն կկազմի մոտ 4,8 հազար եվրո՝ ավելի քան 2,6 մլն դրամ (մոտ 350 հազար ռուբլի): Գումարի չափի որոշման մեջ հաշվի է առնվում նաև մեքենայի տարիքը և հզորությունը:
