Դովեղի բարեկամները սահմանային գյուղին լույս, ջուր և հույս են բերել

Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան սահմանին գտնվող Տավուշի մարզի Դովեղ գյուղը 2018 թվականին ամբողջությամբ ապահովվել է արտաքին լուսավորությամբ, բնակչության տնամերձ հողատարածքները դարձել են ոռոգելի:

Սա «Դովեղ» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի գործունեության կարևոր, բայց ոչ ամբողջական մասն է: Հիմնադրումից հետո անցնող երկու տարիների ընթացքում գյուղում ստեղծվել են մեկական միկրո բռչնաբուծարան և խոզաբուծարան, երկու միկրո խոշոր եղջերավոր անասնապահական ֆերմա, պեմզաբլոկի արտադրամաս, մեկ զինծառայողի ընտանիքի համար ձեռք է բերվել բնակելի առանձնատուն: Իրականացվել են նաև բիզնես և սոցիալական այլ ծրագրեր:

«Ձեր յուրաքանչյուր ներդրում ծառայում է նպատակին, հատկապես լույսից և ոռոգման ջրից օգռվում են գյուղի բոլոր բնակիչները»,- «Դովեղ» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի հաշվետու ժողովում ասաց գյուղապետ Սամվել Գորգինյանը:

Դովեղը Հայաստանի ծայր հյուսիս-արևելքում է, Ադրբեջանի Քեմեռլի գյուղի հետ ունի 13 կիլոմետր ընդհանուր սահման։ Հողերի մեծագույն մասը կրակոցների պատճառով չի մշակվում։ Գյուղում այս պահին մշտական բնակչության թիվը, ըստ գյուղապետի, 520 հոգի է:

«2018-ին գյուղում ծնվել է 8 երեխա: Վերջին տարիների համեմատ, առաջին անգամ ունենք նման բարձր ծնելիություն»,- ասաց գյուղապետը:

Այսօր, ապրիլի 15-ին, Երևանի «Փարիզ» հյուրանոցում, հիմնադրամի հաշվետու ժողովին ներկա էին ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը, Հայաստանի խոշորագույն շինարարական ընկերություններից մեկի՝ «Սահակյանշինի» տնօրեն Սուրեն Սահակյանը, ինչպես նաև հիմնադրամին նվիրատվություններ արած այլ գործարարներ:

Բարեգործական հիմնադրամը ստեղծել են արմատներով և ծագումով դովեղեցիներ, Երևանի նախկին քաղաքապետ Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը, ֆինանսիստ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը, գործարար Ֆրեդ Նազարյանը: Հիմնադրամի նվիրատուները, սակայն, միայն դովեղեցիներ չեն:

Հիմնադրամի միջոցով Դովեղին աջակցել և աջակցում են «Բեկոր» և «Էլիտ գրուպ» ընկերությունները, Մերուժան Միքայելյանը, Յու Քոմ ընկերության Եսայան եղբայրները, Վաչիկ Քոքոբելյանը, Հրանտ Բեգլարյանը:

Հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Նաիրի Սարգսյանը մանրաման ներկայացրեց 2018 թվականի գործունեության հաշվետվությունը և 2019-ի անելիքները: Հիմնադրամը, ինչպես նախկին երկու տարիներին, 2019-ին ևս իրականացնելու է ծրագրեր, որոնք ունենալու են ինչպես սոցիալական, այնպես էլ բիզնես ուղղվածություն։ 2018-ից հիմնադրամի հաշվեհամարին մնացած մոտ 4 միլիոն դրամը փոխանցվել է 2019-ի բյուջե:

Երևանի նախկին քաղաքապետ Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը, ով հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահն է, շնորհակալություն հայտնեց բոլոր գործարարներին, ովքեր, չլինելով ծնունդով Դովեղից, շարունակում են նվիրատվություններ կատարել և տալ նվիրատվության խոստումներ:

2019-ի համար հիմնադրամն ունի մի քանի ծրագրեր, այդ թվում՝ չրանոցի և պահածոների արտադրամասի հիմնում, խմելու ջրի ցանցի ստեղծման աջակցություն, դպրոց տանող ճանապարհի բարեկարգում և բիզնես ու սոցիալական այլ ծրագրեր:

«Հիմանդրամի ստեղծումը հույս և ապագայի հանդեպ հավատ է ներշնչել սահմանը պահող գյուղացուն, նվազեցրել բնակիչների արտագաղթելու մտադրությունները»,- ասաց հինադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Նաիրի Սարգսյանը:
