POLITICSԱրցախի նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Բաբայանը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ Արցախը պատրաստ է թույլ տալ Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածքում կալանքի մեջ գտնվող Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիների հարազատների այցերը, եթե դա կլինի փոխադարձ համաձայնությամբ, և այնտեղ գտնվող մեր հայրենակիցներին էլ կարող են այցելել իրենց հարազատները:
«Առհասարակ մեր երկիրը ժողովրդավարական և քաղաքակիրթ երկիր է, մենք ունենք ընդամենը երկու Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացի, ովքեր Արցախում են գտնվում, երկուսն էլ ահաբեկիչներ են և հանցագործներ, և այդ հանցագործությունները բացահայտվել են բաց, թափանցիկ դատավարության միջոցով, որին ներկա էին միջազգային տարբեր կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, ԶԼՄ-ներ:
Մենք նույնիսկ այս կատեգորիայի մարդկանց չենք զրկել մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքներից, այսինքն՝ նրանք շփվում են իրենց բարեկամների հետ սահմանված կարգի համաձայն` «սկայպի», համացանցի միջոցով, նրանց այցելում են Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչներ»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ եթե նրանք ունենում են առողջական խնդիրներ, նրանց համապատասխան բժշկական սպասարկում է իրականացվում:
Նա նշեց, որ սա մարդասիրական մոտեցում է, և չպետք է հավասարվենք այդ հանցագործների հետ և այդ մարդկանց տանջամահ անենք, այն, ինչ լինում է Ադրբեջանում: «Սա պետք է լինի փոխադարձ, քանի որ նաև մեր քաղաքացիները, մեր հայրենակիցները Ադրբեջանում պահվում են, որոնք որևէ բան չեն արել, պարզապես մոլորվել են Ադրբեջանի տարածք և տեսել ենք, թե ինչ վերաբերմունքի են արժանացել: Չի բացառվում, որ Ադրբեջանը խոչընդոտի այդ ամենը, չի կարող այնպես լինել, որ միայն ադրբեջանցիների հարազատները կարողանան այցելել, իսկ մեր հարազատները չկարողանան այցելել այնտեղ»,-ասաց նա:
Ինչ վերաբերում է հարցին, թե նման բան երբևէ եղել է, Դավիթ Բաբայանը նշեց, որ եղել է ԶԼՄ-ների փոխադարձ այցելություն, պատերազմի ժամանակ եղել են փոխանակումներ, բայց սա շատ բարդ խնդիր է, և հատկապես Ադրբեջանի կողմից միշտ տեսել ենք վայրագություններ:«Դա միակողմանի չի կարող լինել, քանի սա ոչ թե արդեն մարդասիրական հարց է, այլ քաղաքականություն»,-ասաց նա:
