Շփումները մոտ ապագայում կշարունակվեն. ԱԳ նախարարների եւ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների համատեղ հայտարարությունը
POLITICSԱպրիլի 15-ին Մոսկվայում Ռուսաստանի նախաձեռնությամբ կայացավ Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի եւ Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարարներ Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի, Էլմար Մամեդյարովի եւ Սերգեյ Լավրովի աշխատանքային հանդիպումը, որին նաեւ մասնակցեցին ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովը (Ռուսաստան), Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտին (Ֆրանսիա), Էնդրյու Շոֆերը (ԱՄՆ), ինչպես նաեւ ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպրչիկը:
Հանդիպմանը շարունակվեց ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացի առաջմղման հեռանկարների դիտարկումը՝ հաշվի առնելով ս.թ. մարտի 29-ին Վիեննայում Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի առաջնորդների միջեւ կայացած հանդիպման արդյունքները:
Տեղի ունեցավ մտքերի փոխանակում հակամարտության գոտում լարվածության հետագա նվազեցմանն ուղղված միջոցառումների, ինչպես նաեւ հումանիտար ոլորտում հնարավոր փոխգործակցության շուրջ:
Հանդիպման արդյունքներով ընդունվեց համատեղ հայտարարություն․
«Ապրիլի 15-ին Մոսկվայում ռուսաստանյան կողմի նախաձեռնությամբ տեղի ունեցավ Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի եւ Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարներ Սերգեյ Լավրովի, Էլմար Մամեդյարովի եւ Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի աշխատանքային հանդիպումը, որին միացան ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովը (Ռուսաստան), Էնդրյու Շոֆերը (ԱՄՆ), Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտին (Ֆրանսիա), ինչպես նաեւ ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցով անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպրչիկը:
Ի զարգացումն ս.թ. մարտի 29-ին Վիեննայում Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի եւ Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի միջեւ կայացած գագաթաժողովի ժամանակ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների՝ հանդիպման մասնակիցները քննարկեցին իրադրությունը սահմանին եւ շփման գծում, ինչպես նաեւ հումանիտար ոլորտում փոխգործակցության հաստատման հեռանկարները:
Տեղի ունեցավ մտքերի հանգամանալի փոխանակում կարգավորման հիմնարար հարցերի շուրջ:
Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարները վերահաստատեցին կողմերի մտադրությունը շարունակելու քաղաքական-դիվանագիտական միջոցներով ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման ուղղությամբ ջանքերը: Ընդգծվեց շահագրգռվածությունը հակամարտության գոտում իրադրության հետագա կայունացման ուղղությամբ, մասնավորապես գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների ժամանակաշրջանում:
Նրանք նաեւ պայմանավորվեցին փոխադարձության հիման վրա միջոցներ ձեռնարկել թույլատրելու կողմերի տարածքում կալանքի մեջ գտնվող անձանց հարազատների այցերը: Նախարարները պատրաստակամություն հայտնեցին գործնական միջոցներ ձեռնարկել մարդկանց միջեւ շփումների հաստատման ուղղությամբ, այդ թվում ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչների փոխադարձ այցելությունների միջոցով:
Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ԱԳ նախարարը եւ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները վերահաստատեցին իրենց հանձնառությունը միջնորդական առաքելությանը՝ ուղղված տարածաշրջանում կայուն խաղաղության հաստատմանը: Հանդիպման մասնակիցները պայմանավորվեցին շարունակել շփումները մոտ ապագայում»:
