Մասնագիտությամբ անասնաբույժ Գևորգ Գասպարյանը Վայոց ձորի մարզի Եղեգիս համայնքից ոչ հեռու հիմնել է «Արևի» հյուրատունը, որն առաջին էկո հյուրատունն է, կառուցված է մետաղական բեռնախցիկներից՝ կոնտենյերներից։ Նրա մասին պատմող տեսանյութ է հրապարակվել ՀՀ կառավարության ֆեյսբուքյան էջում։

 

Գևորգը Էջմիածնից է, Եղեգիս համայնքում սկսել է գործել 10 տարի առաջ։ Վայոց ձորի մարզում հաճախ էր լինում, նաև տուրիստական խմբերով, սակայն գիշերակացի կամ հյուրանոցի հնարավորություն չկար, և որոշում է, որ այստեղ հյուրատուն է հիմնելու։

 

 

«Առաջին հարկը ամբողջությամբ բետոնապատ է, երկրորդ և երրորդ հարկում օգտագործված են բեռնափոխադրման արկղերը։ 6 կոնտենյեր օգտագործված է երկրորդ հարկում և երկու կոնտենյեր՝ երրորդ հարկում»,– պատմել է  Գևորգը։

 

Շինարարական թափոնների հաշվին լուծել է ներքին կահավորման հարցերը, սենյակները կահավորված են մինիմալիստական ոճով, հեռուստացույց չկա, ինտերնետ կա, բայց չի բացառվում, որ դրանից էլ հրաժարվի։

 

Հյուրերի համար աստղադիտակ են ձեռք բերել, որն անվանում են այծադիտակ, քանի որ հնարավոր է դիմացի լեռան լանջերին դիտել բեզոարյան այծերի։

 

Հյուրատունը զբոսաշրջիկներ է ընդունել Ռուսաստանից, Ֆրանսիայից, Գերմանիայից, Շվեյցարիայից, նույնիսկ 2020թ-ի տուրիստական սեզոնին ընդառաջ արդեն ամրագրումներ կան։

 

Գևորգը տեղեկացրել է, որ շուտով շահագործելու են նաև երրորդ հարկը, որտեղ ընթերցասրահ են հիմնելու, տարածաշրջանը նաև հարմար է լեռնադահուկային սպորտի զարգացման համար. այդ ուղղությամբ նույնպես քայլեր կատարվում են։
