SOCIETYԼոռու մարզում ավազակային հարձակում կատարելու կասկածանքով ոստիկանության Տարոնի բաժին բերման է ենթարկվել Լոռու մարզի Գյուլագարակ գյուղի բնակիչ, 22-ամյա Դավիթ Ներկարարյանին:
Ինչպես հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, պարզվել է, որ Դ. Ներկարարյանը ապրիլի 13-ին, գիշերը ժամը 01:30-ի սահմաններում իր կողմից վարվող «Opel Astra» մակնիշի 34 ZL 411 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով՝ Վանաձոր քաղաքի Նարեկացու փողոցի վրա գործող «Սուրեն Պարանյան» անհատ ձեռներեցին պատկանող բենզալցակայանում, ավտոմեքենան իբրև լիցքավորելու նպատակով կայանել է լցակայանի տարածքում, որի ժամանակ Դ. Ներկարարյանը դուրս գալով ավտոմեքենայից, քիչ հեռվում սպասել է, երբ լիցքավորող, Լոռու մարզի Դսեղ գյուղի բնակիչ, 22-ամյա Սերգեյ Հովսեփյանը մոտեցել է իրեն, Դ. Ներկարարյանը դանակը ձեռքին թիկունքից հարձակվել ու դանակը սեղմել է Ս. Հովսեփյանի կոկորդին: Որից հետո դանակի սպառնալիքի ներքո նրան մտցրել է լցակայանի հանգստի սենյակ ու այնտեղից հափշտակել 165 000 ընդհանուր արժողությամբ «Samsung Galaxy A3» մոդելի բջջային հեռախոս և 30 000 դրամ, այնուհետև դիմել փախուստի:
Դ. Ներկարարյանը նշված հանցագործությունը կատարելու ժամանակ նախնական համաձայնության է եկել Վանաձոր քաղաքի բակիչ, 35-ամյա Սարգիս Մարկոսյանի հետ, ով տաքսու վարորդ է, ու կատարել են իրենց սև գործը: Դ. Ներկարարյանը նախկինում դատապարտված է եղել ՀՀ քր-օր-ի 11 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 235 հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով և 2018թ. նոյեմբերին համաներմամբ ազատ է արձակվել:
