«Բանանցի» իսպանացի մարզիչն ամփոփել է Հայաստանում անցկացրած առաջին ամիսը

Երկար տարիներ Լա Կորունիայի «Դեպորտիվոյի» համակարգում աշխատած իսպանացի մասնագետ Տիտո Ռամալյոն ամփոփել է Երեւանի «Բանանցում» ու Հայաստանում անցկացրած առաջին ամիսը:

«Անձնական առումով, ես ինձ շատ լավ եմ զգում: Ինչ վերաբերում է ամբողջ թիմին, ապա կարծում եմ՝ նույնը կարող եմ ասել նրանց անունից: Շատ հարցերով պետք է զբաղվել, բայց այժմ շատ բավարարված ենք այն պայմաններով, որոնք այստեղ ունենք: 

Իմ ծրագրերի մեջ մտնում է առավելագույնս հավասարակշռված թիմ ունենալը: Որպեսզի կարողանանք հաղթանակներ տանել, սկզբում պետք է կարողանանք գոլ բաց չթողնել: Այսպիսով, սկսել ենք մեծ ուշադրություն դարձնել թիմի կազմակերպածությանը, որպեսզի քայլ առ քայլ աշխատենք թիմի հարձակողական մարտավարության վրա: Եթե չկա հավասարակշռություն, ի վերջո թիմերը չեն հաղթում: 

Այստեղ անցկացված մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում համոզվեցի, որ ունենք միասնական թիմ: Կարող ենք ֆուտբոլի մասին տարբեր ձեւով խոսել, բայց իմ վերջնական նպատակն է, որ բոլորս նույն կերպ մտածենք: Կարծում եմ, որ աստիճանաբար հասնելու ենք դրան:

«Բանանցը» մի թիմ է, որտեղ տաղանդն ավելի առաջնային է, քան ուժը: Պետք է կենտրոնանանք տաղանդի վրա, որպեսզի եւ՛ խաղաոճը, եւ՛ մնացած ամեն ինչը հիմնված կլինի տաղանդի վրա: Չգիտեմ, թե երբ դա կլինի, բայց գիտեմ, թե ինչ ենք մենք ձգտում: 

Հայաստանն ինձ զարմացրեց իր հանգստությամբ, ապահովությամբ եւ ընկերասիրությամբ: Բոլորն ինձ հարցնում են, թե ինչպիսի՞ն է Հայաստանը, քանի որ Իսպանիայում Հայաստանի մասին շատ չգիտեն: Բայց կարող եմ ասել, որ եւ՛ ես, եւ՛ ընտանիքս միայն լավ բաներ ենք փոխանցել Հայաստանի մասին, քանի որ հենց այդպիսին է մեր տպավորությունը»,- «Բանանցի» գլխավոր մարզիչի խոսքը մեջբերում է ակումբի կայքը:
