Երբ մայրս դարձավ 50 տարեկան,նրա ձեռքերն ու ոտքերը սկսեցին քարանալ:Ծանոթ մի բժիշկ ասաց,որ դա կապված է անոթների հետ:

Շատ մարդիկ տարիքի հետ միասին սկսում են անհանգստություն զգալ,երբ ոտքերի և ձեռքերի մատները քարանում են: Հիմնականում դա լինում է անոթների աթերոսկլերոզի զարգացման դեպքում:

Աթերոսկլերոզը համարվում է սրտային ամենավըանգավոր հիվանդություններից մեկը:Դրա ժամանակ անոթների պատերը հաստանում են,իսկ վնասված հատվածներում առաջանում են խոլեստերինի կուտակումներ,որոնք խանգարում են բնականոն արյան շրջանառությանը:

Աթերոսկլերոզը կարող է դառնալ ինֆարկտի,ինսուլտի և այլ սրտային հիվանդությունների պատճառ:Դրանցից խուսափելու համար պետք է հետևել անոթների առողջությանը արդեն այսօր:

Տնային պայմաններում անոթների մաքրում

Անկախ նրանից,թե ինչ միջոց դուք կընտրեք,պետք է հետևել սննդակարգին և հրաժարվել շատ խոլեստերին պարուանկող սննդից:

Հիշեք,որ ինքնաբուժությունը կարող է բերել վատ հետևանքների:Պետք է խորհրդակցել մասնագետի հետ:

Անոթների մաքրման համար մթերքներ

  1. Կտավատի անուշապուր. Կտավատի մեջ պարունակվող օմեգա-3-ը կարգավորում է ճնշումը,մոտ 75%-ով նվազեցնում է խոլեստերինի կուտակումները անոթների պատերին:Միջոցի պատրաստման համար պետք է 1/3 բաժակ կտավատի սերմեր և 1լ. ջուր:Երեկոյան կտավատի վրա լցնել ջուրը,եռացնել և 2 ժամ պահել գոլորշու վրա:Առավոտյան,երբ թուրմն արդեն պատրաստ կլինի,քամել այն և լցնել ապակե տարայի մեջ,ծածկել:Ստացվում է մոտ 850մլ. անուշապուր:Այն պետք է խմել 5 օրում 1/3 բաժակով առավոտյան սոված փորին և երեկոյան ուտելուց առաջ:
  2. Հունական ընկույզներ և զեյթուն. Անհրաժեշտ է 1,5կգ. հունական ընկույզ և 0,5կգ. զեյթուն:Աղալ դրանք և ընդունել ամեն օր 1ճ.գ.-ով:Պահել այն սառնարանում:Բուժման կուրսը տևում է մոտ 2 ամիս:
  3. Լիմոնով և սխտորով թուրմ. Լիմոնը հիանալի հակաօքսիդանտ է,որը մաքրում է անոթները:Սխտորը պարունակում է այնպիսի բաղադրիչներ,որոնք կանգնեցնում են աթերոսկլերոզի զարգացումը:Կարելի է օրական ուտել 3-5 պճեղ:Լիմոնով և սխտորով թուրմը կարող է հանել բորբոքվածությունը և կարգավորել արյան ճնշումը:Պետք է մանրացնել 10 պճեղ սխտոր և 1 լիմոն,խառնել կես բաժակ եռման ջրով:Թողնել 3 ժամ թրմվի,օգտագործել 1ճ.գ.-ով օրական 1-2 անգամ մեկ ամիս շարունակ:Պահել միջոցը սառը և մութ վայրում:
  4. Մեղր և դարչին. Դեղամիջոցի պատրաստման համար օգտագործել 1/2լ. եռացրած ջուր,2-3ճ.գ. տնական մեղր,25գ. դարչին:Խառնել բոլորը և հովացնել:Ընդունել մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում առավոտյան և երեկոյան կես բաժակով:
  5. Դեղաբույսերով մաքրում. Վերցնել 1թ.գ. երիցուկ,հազարաթերթիկ,անմոռուկ,կեչու տերևներ:Խառնել բոլոր բաղադրիչները:1ճ.գ. խառնուրդին ավելացնել 0,5լ. եռացրած ջուր: Թողնել 20 րոպե թրմվի և քամել:Խմել այս միջոցը անոթների մաքրման համար առավոտյան ուտելուց 20 րոպե առաջ և երեկոյան:Բուժման կուրսը՝2 շաբաթ:
