LIFEՍա սովորական բանջարեղենային կոկտեյլ չէ, այն նաև՝ բուժիչ շիճուկ լյարդի համար։ Մի անգամ առողջական խնդիրներ ունեցա, և բժիշկը հակաբիոտիկների կուրս նշանակեց։ Հաբերի ընդունումից հետո ահավոր էի զգում, ծանրություն կողքերումս, բերանումս դառնահամ, ուտելուց հետո թեթև սրտխառնոց․ զգացողությունների այն ամբողջական փունջը, որ ծանոթ է բոլոր նրանց, ում լյարդը չարաճճիություններ է անում։
Պատահաբար տեսնելով վերոնշյալ կոկտեյլի բաղադրատոմսը, ոգեշնչվեցի ու որոշեցի սարքել։ Օրգանիզմը մաքրող ամենահամեղ ըմպելիքը։ Ես մի շաբաթ ճիշտ էի սնվում ու ամեն օր խմում էի մի բաժակ այս բանջարեղենային ըմպելիքից, ի վերջո սկսեցի ինձ շատ լավ զգալ։ Խորհուրդ եմ տալիս փորձել․․․

Բաղադրամասեր
- 3 գազար
- 2 կանաչ խնձոր
- 1 բազուկ
- 0,5 կիտչոն առանց կեղևի
- Կոճապղպեղի մի կտոր թարմ արմատ
- Մի քանի թերթ կանաչ հազար կամ սպանախ
Պատրաստում
Բոլոր բանջարեղենները մի լավ լվանալուց ու մաքրելուց հետո, մանրացնել բլենդերում։ Խիտ բանջարեղենային ըմպելիքին 2 բաժակ ջուր ավելացնել։ Օգտագործել սառը վիճակում, պատրաստին պահպանել սառնարանում։
Գազարը հարուստ է ֆլավոնոիդներով ու А վիտամինով, սնուցում է լյարդը։
Պեկտինը, որով հարուստ է խնձորը, նպաստում է թունավոր նյութերի հեռացմանը։
Հազարի կանաչ թերթերը ապահովում են արյուն լավ շրջանառությունը և ամրապնդում դիմադրողականությունը։
Կոճապղպեղն ու կիտրոնը նպաստում են աղեստամոքսային համակարգի աշխատանքին, ազատում գազային կուտակումներից ու լավացնում նյութափոխանակությունը։
Հում բազուկի մեջ կան ստամոքսի համար շատ օգտակար մանրաթելեր։
