Սովորում ենք պայքարել մազերի ճյուղավորման դեմ՝ առանց երկարությանը ձեռք տալու
LIFEՄազերի ճյուղավորված ծայրերը հատուկ խնամք են պահանջում տարվա բոլոր եղանակներին։ Իհարկե, լավագույն միջոցը պարզապես դրանցից ազատվելն է, իսկ ինչ անեն նրանք, ում համար մազերի երկարությունը շատ կարևոր է։
Սնունդ.
Հիշե’ք. մազերը չեն սիրում դիետաներ եւ առաջինն են տուժում սննդային փորձարկումներից։ Դրանց առողջ եւ խնամված տեսքը պահպանելու համար պարտադիր է սննդակարգում ընդգրկել միս, ձուկ, բանջարեղեն, հնդկաձավար։ Բացի այդ դրանք խոնավեցման կարիք ունեն, այդ պատճառով էլ անհրաժեշտ է օրական առնվազն 1,5 լիտր ջուր խմել։
Վիտամիններ.
Ծայրերի ճյուղավորման պատճառներից մեկն էլ վիտամիների պակասն է։ Առողջ մազերի աճի համար պատասխանատու են А և Е , ինչպես նաև В խմբի վիտամինները. կարող եք կուրսով վիտամիններ ընդունել։
Քուն.
Խորհուրդ ենք տալիս բամբակյա բարձից անցնել մետաքսե բարձին՝ այդպիսով մազերն ավելի քիչ կտրորվեն, հետևաբար՝ քիչ կվնասվեն և կկոտրվեն։
Ջերմապաշտպանություն.
Մի տարվեք տաք, ուղիղացնող կամ լոքոններ հաղորդող վարսահարդարման պարագաներով՝ հատկապես առանց կերամիկական ծածկույթի և ջերմաստիճանի կարգավորիչի. չէ որ դրանք մազերի գլխավոր թշնամին են։ Եթե այնուամենայնիվ ցանկանում եք ուղիղ մազեր կամ լոքոններ, ապա նախ լավ չորացրեք մազերը, ջերմապաշտպանիչ միջոց քսեք, նոր օգտագործեք մազի արդուկը։
Յուղեր.
Ճյուղավորված մազերի լավագույն դեղը յուղերն են։ Դրանք հոյակապ սնուցում եւ վերականգնում են մազերը։ Յուղերը կարելի է օգտագործել ինչպես մաքուր վիճակում, այնպես էլ մշակված վիճակում՝ պրոֆեսիոնալ խնամքի պարագաների տեսքով։ Ֆավորիտներից է կոկոսի յուղը, որը կարող եք քսել մաքուր վիճակում մազերի ծայրերին։ Վստահեցնում ենք՝ արդյունքը չի ուշացնի։
