Հյուսիս-հարավի հարցը՝ դեռևս օդում առկախված
SOCIETYՀետաքրքիր իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել՝ կապված Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհի շինաշխատանքների հետ։ Բանն այն է, որ արդեն 10 տարի է, նախատեսված ժամկետների խախտմամբ, ոչ միայն չեն ավարտվել ճանապարհի կառուցման աշխատանքները, այլև դրանց ավարտի հեռանկարներն առանձնապես չեն երևում: Արդյունքում չեն իրականացվել ծրագրով ակնկալվող արդյունքները՝ կապված երթևեկության ժամկետի կրճատման, անվտանգ, որակյալ և արագընթաց ճանապարհով ՀՀ հարավը հյուսիսին կապելու, տնտեսության, բիզնես կապերի զարգացմանը խթանելու հետ։ Նշենք, որ նախորդ վարչապետների (Հովիկ Աբրահամյան, Կարեն Կարապետյան) կողմից ևս քանիցս բարձրացվել են ճանապարհի հետ կապված թերի աշխատանքների քննադատությունների ու չարաշահումների մասին, ոլորտի պատասխանատուներից ոմանք ազատվել են զբաղեցրած պաշտոններից։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում տեղի ունեցած իշխանափոխությունից հետո անընդհատ խոսվում էր Հյուսիս-հարավում կատարված ահռելի ծավալների հասնող չարաշահումների մասին, սա նախկին ընդդիմադիրների առաջնային թիրախներից մեկն էր, սակայն արդեն մեկ տարի է, ինչ իշխանության է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը, սակայն մինչ այսօր շոշափելի ոչ մի քայլ չի արվել։ 2018թ. աշնանը խոսվում էր այն մասին, որ պետությանը պատճառվել է 23,553,817,000 դրամի չափով վնաս: Սակայն նոր իշխանությունների կողմից ոչ մի բացահայտում չի արվում և ոչ մի նոր քայլ չի կիրառվում, ինչը մտահոգության տեղիք է տալիս։
