Կլինի՞ «նոր Սպայկա», թե՞ մթերման խնդիրներ կծագեն
POLITICSՎերջին օրերին հանրության ուշադրության կենտրոնում էին Հայաստանի տնտեսության առանցքային դերակատարներից մեկի՝ «Սպայկա» ընկերության շուրջ ծավալվող գործընթացները։ Իշխանությունները բացահայտ «գրոհում» էին ընկերությանը, ինչի արդյունքում «Սպայկայի» սեփականատեր և տնօրեն Դավիթ Ղազարյանը ձերբակալվեց։ Դրան հաջորդեց ընկերության տարածած հայտարարությունը, որի համաձայն՝ ՀՀ 80 համայնքներում մթերման գործընթաց չի իրականացվի։ Փաստացի բնակչությունը կանգնել է մթերման հետ կապված լուրջ խնդիրների առջև, փոխարենը իշխանությունների կողմից տեղեկություն է նետվում, ըստ որի՝ շուկայում արդեն հայտնվել են մթերումներ իրականացնող նոր ընկերություններ։ Հասկանալի է՝ սա արվում է այն նպատակով, որ հանրությանը ցույց տրվի, թե «Սպայկան» անփոխարինելի չէ, անհանգստանալու բան չկա, և շատ արագ շուկայում կլինի «նոր Սպայկա» կամ, ավելին, «նոր Սպայկաներ»: Սակայն բանն այն է, որ նշված ընկերություններից մեկը միայն առկա է փաստաթղթերով, հայտնի չէ, թե իրենից ինչ կառույց է ներկայացնում և ինչ պոտենցիալ ունի, իսկ մյուս ընկերությունն ինքնին «նորություն» չէ, սակայն գործնականում չունի միաժամանակյա լայնածավալ մթերումներ կազմակերպելու հնարավորություն, որովհետև չափազանց փոքր է մեքենաների պարկը։
