Մանվել Գրիգորյանի պաշտպանները պատասխանել են ՄԻԵԴ բողոքի վերաբերյալ կառավարության դիրքորոշմանը

Կալանքի տակ գտնվող ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանի պաշտպանները երեկ՝ ապրիլի 11–ին, պատասխանել են Մանվել Գրիգորյանի գործով Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի՝ պաշտպանական կողմին ուղղված նամակին։ Այս մասին NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Գրիգորյանի պաշտպան Լևոն Բաղդաարյանը։

Նշենք, որ Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանը արձագանքել էր ՀՀ կառավարության՝ ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանի գործին և նամակով դիմել պաշտպանական կողմին՝ առաջարկելով երեք օրվա ընթացքում առարկություններ կամ առաջարկններ ներկայանել կառավարության դիրքորոշման վերաբերյալ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2019 թվականի մարտի 12-ին Մանվել Գրիգորյանի պաշտպանները դիմելով Եվրոպական դատարան՝ խնդրելով Գրիգորյանի գործով միջանկյալ միջոց կիրառել` պարտավորեցնելով ՀՀ իշխանություններին Մանվել Գրիգորյանին անհապաղ տեղափոխել քաղաքացիական հիվանդանոց՝ համապատասխան բժիշկ–մասնագետների հսկողության  տակ, ինչպես նաև վերջինիս անհապաղ տեղափոխել Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետությունում գտնվող իր կողմից մատնանշված բուժհաստատություն՝ հետագա ստուգման և բուժման նպատակով:

Մարտի 22-ին Եվրոպական դատարանը որոշում էր կայացրել հետաձգել միջանկյալ միջոց ձեռնարկելու հարցի քննությունը՝ պահանջելով ՀՀ կառավարությունից մինչև սույն թվականի ապրիլի 3-ը ներկայացնել համապատասխան տեղեկատվություն:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել ենք, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը մարտի 25-ին «Երեւան-Կենտրոն» ՔԿՀ-ից տեղափոխվել է «Նաիրի» բժշկական կենտրոն։

Մանվել Գրիգորյանը մեղադրվում է ապօրինի կերպով զենք-զինամթերք պահելու, գույք յուրացնելու, հարկերի վճարումից խուսափելու, պետական միջոցներ վատնելու եւ շորթմամբ գույքի հափշտակությունը կազմակերպելու համար:

Մանվել Գրիգորյանի եւ Նազիկ Ամիրյանի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործից անջատված մասով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, իսկ Գրիգորյանի որդու` Արման Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում:
