ՍԱ աղիները մաքրելու լավագույն և ամենաարդյունավետ մեթոդն է. այն ինձ խորհուրդ է տվել բժիշկ ընկերս

Կան մի շարք միջոցներ, որոնց օգնությամբ հնարավոր է մաքրել աղիները:
Վարսակաձավարից և բրնձից պատրաստված շիլան հիանալի կերպով մաքրում է աղիները:
Կես բաժակ վարսակաձավարը և կես բաժակ բրինձը լցնել կաթսայի մեջ և վրան ավելացնել 2,5 բաժակ ջուր: Կարելի է թեթևակի համեմել աղով և ուտել առանց բուսայուղի կամ կարագի: Շիլան ուտել մի քանի օր նախաճաշին: Այն աղիներց դուրս է բերում չմարսված սննդի մնացորդները, մի խոսքով մաքրում է աղիները:
Աղիների մաքրման համար օգտակար է նաև բազուկը
Վերցնել 1 բազուկ, լվանալ, կեղևը հեռացնել և անցկացնել մանր քերիչով: Հյութը քամել և թողնել 2 ժամ և խմել ուտելուց հետո կամ քնելուց առաջ: Քերուկից պատրաստել գնդիկներ 1 սմ տրմագծով և կուլ տալ ուտելուց կես ժամ առաջ: Բազուկը կարգավորում է նաև զարկերակային ճնշումը:
Ծլեցրած ցորեն
1 բաժակ ծլեցրած ցորենը մանրացնել, ավելացնել 100 գրամ գազարի հյութ կամ 1-2 ճաշի գդալ մեղր, խառնել և ավելացնել աղացած ընկույզ: Ուտել ցանկացած ժամի:
Աղիների մաքրման համար շատ օգտակար է խնձորը: Խնձորը պարունակում է պեկտին, որը օրգանիզմից դուրս է բերում ծանր մետաղները: Խնձորը պարունակում է տանիններ որոնք լավացնում են մարսողությունը, նպաստում են սննդի հեշտ յուրացմանը: Խնձորը հարուստ է վիտամիններով և կալիումով:
Աղիները մաքրելու համար մեկ հատ խնձոր ուտել քնելուց առաջ և մեկ հատ խնձոր ուտել արթնանալուց անմիջապես հետո՝ քաղցած վիճկում:
Աղիները կարելի է մաքրել նեխուրի օգնությամբ:
1 կգ նեխուրի վրա լցնել 2 լիտր եռացրած ջուր: Դնել կրակին և եռացնել թույլ կրակի վրա մինչև ջրի ծավալը երկու անգամ նվազի: Քամել և խմել 50 մլ օրական 3 անգամ մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում:
1 թեյի գդալ արոսենին գդալով տրորել, վրան լցնել 1 բաժակ սառեցրած եռացրած ջուր և թրմել 8 ժամ: Պետք չէ քամել: Խմել թուրմը ողջ օրվա ընթացքում: Գործողությունը կրկնել մի քանի օր: Այս թուրմը ունի նաև միզամուղ ազդեցություն:
Աղիների մաքրումը կարելի է կատարել գազարի ցողունների օգնությամբ: 1 ճաշի գդալ մանրացված գազարի ցողունների վրա լցնել 1 լիտր եռացրած ջուր, թրմել կես ժամ, քամել և խմել թուրմը 1-ական բաժակ օրը 3 անգամ ուտելուց 20 րոպե առաջ: Բուժման կուրսը 1 ամիս:
Կաթի շիճուկ և սխտոր
Առավոտյան քաղցած վիճակում սխտորի միջին չափի մեկ ատամիկը դանդաղ ծամել և նույնքան դանդաղ խմել կաթի շիճուկ: Կաթի շիճուկը ստանալու համար թարմ կովի կաթը դնել տաք տեղում, կաթը կթթվի, և շիճուկը կառանձնանա: Շիճուկը լցնել ապակե տարայի մեջ, ավելացնել 3 թեյի գդալ շաքարավազ և պահել զով տեղում:
