Միքայել Մելքումյանը՝ ԵԽԽՎ–ում Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակներին. «Հանգիստ եւ հանդարտ մնացեք ձեր տեղերում»

Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի գարնանային նստաշրջանի լիագումար նիստին այսօր Միքայել Մելքումյանը կոշտ արձագանքեց ադրբեջանցի պատվիրակների հայտարարություններին:
 
Չնայած նախագահ Մարի Պասքիեն հորդորեց Մելքումյանին չշեղվել թեմայից՝ ընդհատելով նրան, Մելքումյանը հիմնավորեց խոսքը՝ ասելով, որ այդ դեպքում պետք է ընդհատվեին նաև  ադրբեջանցի պատվիրակների երեկվա ելույթները:

Այսօր՝ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի կանոնակարգ օրենքի մեջ փոփոխություններ անելու քննարկմանը ելույթ չէի ունենա այս թեմայով, եթե երեկ այս դահլիճում համապատասխան և բացարձակ ապատեղեկատվություն չտարածեին ադրբեջանական պատվիրակության անդամներ Գաֆարովան և Փաշաևան:

Դե ինչ, նրանք ունեն իրենց չակերտավոր «ճշմարտությունները» որոնք տարիներ շարունակ կրկնում են թութակի պես, սակայն կան պատմականորեն և փաստերով հիմնավորված ճշմարտություններ, որոնք անհերքելի են: Հիմա դուք խոսում եք Խոջալուի ցեղասպանությունից, որի մասին հարցրեք 1988-1993թթ. ձեր երկրի ղեկավարությանը, նաև՝ Էլչիբեյին և Մութալիբովին:

Ուստի, կապված մեր այս քննարկման հետ, առաջարկում եմ հստակ փաստերով հերքված ֆեյք-ելույթների համար սահմանել հատուկ ընթացակարգեր և արդյունքում գոնե պատասխանատու ձևով այստեղ հայտարարել, թե որն է ճշմարտությունը:

Հեշտ չէ, իհարկե, սա բարդ խնդիր է, բայց դա է ձևը, որը կբերի քաղաքական հայտարարությունների պատասխանատվության ինստիտուտի ստեղծմանը մեր վեհաժողովում:
