Բացի դրանից, շատ վիտամին D- ի եւ վիտամին B6- ի քանակաությունը ևս կարող է ձեռքերում կամ ոտքերում թմրածություն առաջացնել:
Վարակները. հերպեսը, ՄԻԱՎ / ՁԻԱՀ-ի վարակները սովորաբար կարող են տաք կամ սառը մաշկի պատճառ հանդիսանալ:
Վնասվածք: Նյարդերը կարող են սեղմվել վնասվածքի կամ սխալ վարժություն անելու հետևանքով: Դրանից բացի, վնասված ողնաշարային սկավառակներն ու ոսկորները կարող են ևս պատճառ լինել:
