Արման Ղարիբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հետևելով Այո-ականների և Ոչ-ականների պայքարին` կարծես թե կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ մեսիջավորված ու հիմնավորված բանավեճի պակաս կա: Փորձենք փաստարկներով համեմատել առավել հաճախ շրջանառվող կետերից մեկը, որի շուրջ քիչ թե շատ «բախվում» են երկու կողմերը:

Ոչ-ն ասում է, որ Սայմանադրական նախագծի հաստատման դեպքում կթուլանա պետության անվտանգության համակարգը, ինչն անթույլատրելի է կիսապատերազմական վիճակում գտնվող պետության համար: Պառլամենտական երկրի պարագայում ՀՀ-ի համար առավել դժվար կլինի իրականացնել երկրի անվտանգության ապահովման խնդիրը:

Ի պատասխան այս պնդման` Այո-ն ասում է, թե կառավարման համակարգն ինքնին առնչություն չունի պատերազմական վիճակում պաշտպանության կազմակերպման արդյունավետության հետ: Գործող համակարգում եթե Հանրապետության նախագահը և կառավարությունը լինեն տարբեր քաղաքական ճամբարներում, ապա արդյունավետ և օպերատիվ պաշտպանության կազմակերպումը էապես կբարդանա: Նախագծով առաջարկված համակարգը նման թերություն չունի, քանի որ զինված ուժերը գտնվում են կառավարության ենթակայության ներքո, իսկ զինված ուժերի ղեկավարումն իրականացնում է երկրի վարչապետը:

Թե հանրությունն ինչ որոշում կկայացնի դեկտեմբերի 6-ին, դեռ վաղ է կանխատեսել: Շատ է խոսվում այն մասին, որ ժողովրդի մի ահռելի զանգված նույնիսկ տեղյակ էլ չէ, թե ինչ է իրենից ներկայացնում Սահմանդրականի նախագիծը: Կարծում եմ` հիմա իսկական ժամանական է հիմնական փաստարկներն ուսումնասիրելու և կողմնորոշվելու համար:
