Հայկ Գրիգորյանը Լոռիում անդրադարձել է բնակարանային գողությունների դեպքերին
SOCIETYՔննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Հայկ Գրիգորյանն աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել է Լոռու մարզ՝ ամփոփելու մարզային քննչական վարչության` 2018 թվականի և 2019 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում կատարված աշխատանքները: Այս մասին հայտնում են Քննչական կոմիտեից:
Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության պետ Աննա Մանթաշյանը զեկուցել է հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում մարզային վարչության կողմից կատարված աշխատանքները:
Նշված ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության և ենթակա ստորաբաժանումների վարույթում եղել է 1200 քրեական գործ, որը կազմել է Կոմիտեի վարույթում քննված քրեական գործերի 4,67 %-ը:
Մինչև 2 ամիս ժամկետում ավարտվել է թվով 247 քրեական գործ /նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի 149-ի դիմաց/, 2-4 ամիս ժամկետում` 117 /նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի 70-ի դիմաց/, 4-6 ամիս ժամկետում` 50 /նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի 44-ի դիմաց/:
ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահը ոլորտ առ ոլորտ քննարկել է հարուցված քրեական գործերի ընթացքը: Դրանք առավել արդյունավետ կազմակերպելու, ինչպես նաև քննիչների կողմից դեպքի վայրի զննության ընթացքում թույլ տրված վրիպումները շտկելու վերաբերյալ տվել հանձնարարականներ:
ՔԿ նախագահը հատուկ անդրադարձել է բնակարանային գողությունների դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործերին և արձանագրված դեպքերի բացահայտման նպատակով տվել հանձնարարականներ:
Աշխատանքային այցի ընթացքում ՔԿ նախագահը կարևորել է անձնակազմի տեսական գիտելիքների կատարելագործման հարցը` ընդգծելով, որ եթե քննիչի տեսական գիտելիքները պատշաճ մակարդակի չեն, ապա նրա օգտակար գործողության գործակիցը չի կարող բարձր լինել. «Տեսական գիտելիքները պետք է լինեն պատշաճ մակարդակի, հակառակ դեպքում մեր կողմից կոշտ քայլերը չեն ուշանա: Պետք է գնանք կատարելագործման ճանապարհով և չբավարարվենք ձեռք բերածով: Քննիչի պարտականությունը օբյեկտիվ ճշմարտությունը բացահայտելն է»,- ասել է Հայկ Գրիգորյանը:
ՔԿ նախագահը շեշտել է, որ Քննչական կոմիտեի յուրաքանչյուր ծառայող իր վարքով պետք է հեղինակություն դառնա մարզի բնակչության համար. «Անհատապես բոլորիդ կողքին կանգնած եմ: Մենք բոլորս քննիչներ ենք, սակայն՝ տարբեր պաշտոններում: Յուրքանչյուրս մեր վարքով պետք է բարձր պահենք քննիչի հեղինակությունը, և սա առաջին հերթին պետք է դրսևորվի քաղաքացիների հետ շփումներում՝ կոռեկտ վարք դրսևորելով»,- ասաց Հայկ Գրիգորյանը:
ՔԿ նախագահը Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության աշխատանքը գնահատել է գերազանց և վարչության պետին հանձնարարել ծառայության ընթացքում առավել լավ ցուցանիշներ արձանագրած աշխատակիցներին ներկայացնել խրախուսման:
