Մոսկվան արցունքներին կհավատա՞
ANALYSISՎերջին մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ կարծես լուրջ տրանսֆորմացիաներ են նկատվում՝ չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ վարչապետ Փաշինյանը շարունակում է պնդել, որ մեր արտաքին քաղաքականությունը բազմավեկտոր է: Այնուհանդերձ, այդ վեկտորներից մեկը, հատկապես ռուսականը, վերջին օրերին բավական ընդգծված է. վարչապետն անում է ամեն ինչ՝ ռուսական կողմին հաճոյանալու, հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու համար: Այսօր ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարեց, որ «միջազգային գործընկերները պետք է առավել հարգանք և զգայունություն ցուցաբերեն հայկական հասարակության հանդեպ և ձեռնպահ մնան հասարակական քննարկումների անհարկի ուղղորդումից, եթե անգամ նրանք համաձայն չեն դրանց տոնայնության հետ»։ Սա ակնհայտ մեսիջ էր Արևմուտքին, որը վերջին օրերին սեռական փոքրամասնությունների իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը դարձրել է օրակարգային Հայաստանի իշխանությունների համար: Այստեղ ուշագրավն այն է, որ վերջերս ռուսական հեռուստաալիքները, այդ թվում՝ պետական հեռուստաալիքները, Հայաստանի ու Հայաստանի ղեկավարության հասցեին բավական վատ շեշտադրումներ պարունակող ռեպորտաժներ էին ցուցադրել։ Ո՛չ Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանությունը, ո՛չ առավել ևս ԱԳՆ-ն, որևէ վերաբերմունք չարտահայտեցին այդ կապակցությամբ։
Կան բազմաթիվ այլ օրինակներ: Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղով Փաշինյանը մեկնում է Գյումրի, սակայն մոռանում է, որ վարչապետության սկզբում նույն այդ Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղուն մեղադրում էր բազմամիլիոնանոց չարաշահման մեջ: Փաշինյանը, ըստ վերջին տեղեկությունների՝ պատրաստվում է վերագործարկել ՎՏԲ-ին պատկանող «Թեղուտ»-ը, միևնույն ժամանակ՝ Հայաստանից դուրս հրավիրելով ամերիկյան կապիտալով Ամուլսարում աշխատող «Լիդիան»-ին:
Ո՞րն է մեր արտաքին քաղաքականության վեկտորի՝ նման կտրուկ փոփոխության պատճառը: Գուցե այն, որ Փաշինյանը ի վերջո հասկացել է՝ Բոլթոնի և Սորոսի ծրագրերը քայլ առ քայլ կատարելուց հետո՞ միայն կարող է տեսնել Արևմուտքի ֆինանսական օժանդակությունը, որը նրան այս պահին օդի և ջրի պես է անհրաժեշտ: Իսկ այդ քայլերը կատարել՝ Փաշինյանն այսօր պատրաստ չէ մի շարք օբյեկտիվ պատճառներով: Հետևաբար, մնում է վերականգնել գրեթե այրված կամուրջները Ռուսաստանի հետ, քանի որ վարչապետին հենարան է անհրաժեշտ՝ արտաքին հենարան, հատկապես, երբ երկրի ներսում դիրքերն օր օրի թուլանում են…
