Պարոն Փաշինյանը Նորագավիթի մաքսակետում տարրական «գրագողությամբ» զբաղվեց

ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և իր թիմն ամեն ինչ անում են հասարակության ուշադրությունը հետհեղափոխական Հայաստանում կուտակված կարևորագույն խնդիրներից և իշխանությունների բացթողումներից շեղելու նպատակով՝ հրապարակ նետելով բազմաթիվ կեղծ օրակարգեր՝ ասֆալտին փռելուց, «հանգիստ նստեք տեղներդ» օպերացիայից, տրանսգենդերին ԱԺ-ում ամբիոն տրամադրելուց մինչև վարչապետի կողմից կեղտոտ աշխատավայրեր այցելելը և այլն…
Ապրիլի 9-ի վաղ առավոտյան ՊԵԿ-ի հովանու ներքո գործող Նորագավիթի մաքսակետ այցելած պարոն Փաշինյանը զայրացել է մաքսակետի սենյակներից մեկում դրված ՀՀ դրոշի «վիճակից», աշխատասենյակների և ընդհանրապես մաքսակետի հիգիենիկ վիճակից… Իր սիրելիին և յուրայիններին մի քանի միլիոն դրամ պարգևավճարներ տրամադրած ՊԵԿ նախագահ Անանյանը փորձել է մեղմել վարչապետի զայրույթը՝ մաքսակետի կեղտոտությունը բացատրելով, որ այդ տարածքը ՊԵԿ-ինը չէ, այլ վարձակալված է, որն էլ ավելի է հունից հանել Փաշինյանին, որն հրահանգել է «տուգանված» սենյակի բոլոր աշխատակիցներին «դիմումները գրել ու տուն գնալ»…
Պարոն Փաշինյանը Նորագավիթի մաքսակետում տարրական «գրագողությամբ» զբաղվեց՝ կրկնելով Բելառուսի բռնապետ Ալեքսանդր-Բատկա Լուկաշենկոյի վարքագիծը, որը մի քանի օր առաջ այցելելով անասնապահական ֆերմաներից մեկը` կատաղեց և տեղում գործից ազատեց նահանգային, շրջանային մի քանի պաշտոնյաների, իսկ ֆերմայի տնօրենին ձերբակալելու հրահանգ տվեց… Սակայն պարոն Փաշինյանը երևի մոռացել է, որ նա այլ արժեքների կրող է…
Նա իշխանության է եկել, որ Հայաստանը դարձնի օրենքի երկիր… Սակայն, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, պարոն վարչապետը զայրույթի ժամանակ մոռանում է, որ ժողովրդավար է և դառնում է «Լուկաշենկո», որին միջազգային առաջադեմ հանրությունը, այդ թվում նաև Փաշինյանին թիմակից որոշ նախարարներ և երեսփոխաններ, անվանում են «Եվրոպայի վերջին դիկտատոր»…
Հետաքրքիր է, որ Փաշինյանի «լուկաշենկոյացումը» ողջունվում է նրա առաջադեմ շրջապատի կողմից…
Պարոն Փաշինյանն իր այդ հայտարարությամբ չարաշահեց իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը… Ի դեպ, պետական հիմնարկության որևէ աշխատակից պարտավոր չէ կատարել իրեն չվերաբերող աշխատանքներ… Օրինակ՝ ՊԵԿ-ի նախագահ Անանյանը լավ կլինի մի քանի հավաքարարի հաստիք ավելացնի նույն Նորագավիթի «խոզանոց» մաքսակետի համար, որ տարածքը մաքրելու պարտականությունները վարչապետը չդնի այլ աշխատակիցների վրա…
