«Պարո´ն Օսիպյան, ես ավտոմաքսատանն եմ, էս ի՞նչ պատմություն է». Փաշինյանը բոլորի մոտ զանգեց ոստիկանապետին

Նորագավիթի մաքսատուն այցելած ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին քիչ առաջ մոտեցավ  քաղաքացիներից մեկը եւ դժգոհեց, որ ամբողջ հանրապետությունում պետհամարանիշ գոյություն չունի. «Ոչ ոքի չեն տրամադրում, մեր հարեւան երկրների քաղաքացիները գալիս են մեզնից մեքենա չեն տրամադրում, ասում են ժեշտը չունենք»,-ասաց քաղաքացին, նշելով, որ խոսքը հայկական համարանիշի մասին է:

ՊԵԿ նախագահ Դավիթ Անանյանը վարչապետին հուշեց, որ խնդիրը ոստիկանության տիրույթում է, ինչից հետո վարչապետը զանգահարեց ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանին. «Պարո´ն Օսիպյան, ես ավտոմաքսատանն եմ, եւ մարդիկ ասում են, որ պետավտոտեսչությունում պետհամարանիշ չկա, որովհետեւ թիթեղ չկա, պարզվում է, էս ի՞նչ պատմություն է»,-հարցրեց Փաշինյանը:

Վալերի Օսիպյանը հայտնեց, որ պետհամարանիշերի համար նախատեսված թիթեղը, որը ներկրվում է Հայաստան, արդեն դուրս է եկել Փոթիից։  Ոստիկանապետի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանում թիթեղ չկա, որովհետեւ  նախատեսվածից ավել մեքենա է ներկրվել:

Վարչապետի դիտարկմանը, թե պետք էր կանխատեսել, Օսիպյանն ասաց, թե գերազանցել է անգամ իրենց կանխատեսած թիվը: «Դե արագացրեք»,-ասաց վարչապետը:

Հեռախոսազրույցից հետո ՊԵԿ աշխատակիցն ասաց, որ այս տարվա ապրիլի սկզբին մոտ 70 տոկոսով ավելի մեքենա է մաքսազերծվել, քան նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանում:

«Մեքենաների մեծ ծավալ է եկել Հայաստան, Օսիպյանն ասում է, որ կանխատեսել են, բայց կանխատեսածից ավելի է եղել, հիմա թիթեղը հասել է Փոթի, Փոթիից գալիս է Երեւան, ասում է՝ крепитесь, запад нам поможет»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ ոստիկանությունը պարզաբանում էր տարածել պետհամարանիշերի վերաբերյալ, նշելով, որ երեկ առավոտից ոստիկանության հաշվառման-քննական ստորաբաժանումներում դադարեցվել է ավտոմեքենաների հաշվառման համարանիշերի տրամադրումը:

«Պատճառը տեխնիկական է. ավտոմեքենաների մեծ ներհոսքով պայմանավորված՝ ծագել է համարանիշերի մատակարարման ընդհատում:

Հայցում ենք քաղաքացիների ներողամտությունը եւ հայտնում, որ փոխարենը ՃՈ-ն տրամադրում է ժամանակավոր համարանիշեր, իսկ խնդիրը շաբաթվա վերջին կլուծվի, եւ համարանիշերի տրամադրումը կշարունակվի բնականոն ընթացքով:

Հանրությանը լրացուցիչ տեղեկատվություն կտրամադրվի»:
