Յունիստրիմի մոբայլ հավելվածը խոսում է հայերեն

Երկար տարիներ Յունիստրիմը պահպանում է առաջատար դիրքերը Հայաստանի դրամական փոխանցումների շուկայում: 2018թ.-ին դեպի Հայաստան փոխանցումների ընդհանուր ծավալը կազմել է ավելի քան 1,7 մլրդ ԱՄՆ դոլար, որից 40%-ը բաժին է ընկել Յունիստրիմին: Հայաստանից Յունիստրիմ համակարգով կատարվում է փոխանցումների ավելի քան 90%-ը: 

Դրա հետ մեկտեղ տպավորիչ տեմպերով աճում է օնլայն փոխանցումների ծավալը: 2018թ.-ին դեպի Հայաստան «Յունիստրիմ Դրամական փոխանցումներ» մոբայլ հավելվածի միջոցով կատարված փոխանցումների աճը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ կազմեց 240%: Հաշվի առնելով  տասնյակ հազարավոր հաճախորդների հետաքրքրվածությունը, Յունիստրիմը որոշում ընդունեց որպեսզի մոբայլ հավելվածը խոսի նաև հայերեն:

«Իհարկե մեր հաճախորդների մեծ մասը, որոնք Հայաստան փոխանցումները կատարում են օնլայն, հիանալի տիրապետում են հավելվածի բազային լեզուներին` ռուսերենին և անգլերենին», - պարզաբանում է Յունիստրիմ բանկի Վարչության նախագահ Նադեժդա Կիբալնիկը ու շարունակում. «Սակայն յուրաքանչյուրս ցանկանում է օգտագործել իր մայրենի լեզուն: Յունիստրիմն առաջինը Ռուսաստանում պատրաստեց մոբայլ հավելված հայերեն լեզվով: Դա ոչ միայն հարմար և արագ է օգտագործման համար, այլ նաև կարևոր մեր հաճախորդների համար: Մենք ուրախ ենք, որ Յունիստրիմը «խոսեց» նաև հայերեն, դա մեր հոգատարության և հարգանքի  արտահայտությունն է մեր հաճախորդների նկատմամբ:

Յունիստրիմի մոբայլ հավելվածը կարելի է ներբեռնել անվճար AppStore-ից կամ  GooglePlay-ից: Ներբեռնումների քանակը արդեն գերազանցել է 200 000: Հավելվածի միջոցով դրամական փոխանցում կատարելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ընդամենը 2 րոպե: Իսկ եթե փոխանցումը կրկնվող է, ապա կպահանջվի ընդամենը մի քանի քլիք` հավելվածը պահպանում է բանկային քարտի տվյալները և փոխանցումների պատմությունը:

Փոխանցում կարելի է կատարել նաև դրամով: Բազմաթիվ հաճախորդներ օգտվում են այդ հնարավորությունից` Հայաստան փոխանցումը կատարվում է 0% միջնորդավճարով:

«Պարզությունն ու ֆունկցիոնալությունը տարեցտարի մեծացնում են մոբայլ հավելվածի պահանջարկը հաճախորդների մոտ: Անցած տարի հավելվածին բաժին է ընկել փոխանցումների 60%-ը: Այս տարբերակը շատ հարմար է. հեռախոսով գումարը հնարավոր է ուղարկել աշխարհի ցանկացած կետից: Կանխիկ գումարը կարելի է ստանալ 24 երկրներում: Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան տարեկան փոխանցվում է  ավելի քան 1 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ, և դրանք հիմնականում կանոնավոր փոխանցումներն են մտերիմներին և հարազատներին: Ինչու վատնել ժամանակը` սպասարկման կետեր այցելելով, եթե կարելի է կատարել դրամական փոխանցումներ առանց առօրյա գործերից շեղվելու», - նշում է Նադեժդա Կիբալնիկը:

Հայաստանում ակտիվ զարգանում է նաև Յունիստրիմի սպասարկման ցանցը: Փոխանցումները կարելի է ստանալ կանխիկ 1 500 սպասարկման կետերում: Համակարգի գործրնկերները խոշոր բանկեր են, այդ թվում` Յունիբանկը, Արդշինբանկը, ՎՏԲ Հայաստան բանկը, Հայէկոնոմբանկը և Արարատբանկը:
