Ո՞րն է մաշկի վրայի մուգ բծերի առաջացման պատճառը և ինչպե՞ս ազատվել դրանցից․ կարևոր խորհուրդներ
LIFEՄարդու ամենամեծ օրգանը մաշկն է, և հենց մաշկային խնդիրներն են ամենաշատը մարդկանց անհանգստություն պատճառում։ Ըստ վիճակագրական տվյալների՝ ամենատարածված մաշկային խնդիրը՝ դեմքի շրջանում առաջացող բշտիկները, հանդիպում են աշխարհի բնակչության առնվազն 80%-ի մոտ։ Մաշկի վրայի մուգ կետերը ևս շատ տարածված են աշխարհում, սակայն հանդիպում են առավել տարիքով մարդկանց մոտ։ Իրականում այդ մուգ կետերը կարելի է բնական միջոցների օգնությամբ վերացնել, սակայն հարկ ենք համարում նաև ձեզ տեղեկացնել դրանց առաջացման պատճառների մասին։
Որտեղի՞ց են առաջանում այդ մուգ բծերը
Մուգ կետերը մաշկի վրա կարող են առաջանալ շատ անսպասելի կերպով, սակայն նրանց առկայությունն անպայման մի պատճառ ունի։ Գիտնականները նշում են, որ պատճառները մի քանիսն են, այդ թվում՝ արևի տակ հաճախ երկար մնալը, հորմոնային փոփոխությունները, պարբերաբար դեղեր օգտագործելը, որոշ հիվանդությունների առկայությունը (օրինակ՝ լյարդի հետ կապված) և, իհարկե, ծերությունը։ Սակայն եթե ձեր մաշկի վրա մուգ բծեր եք տեսնում, միանգամից խուճապի մի մատնվեք, փոխարենը պարզեք դրանց առաջացման պատճառն ու փորձեք վերացնել այն։
Օգտագործեք բնական միջոցներ
Մաշկի վրա առկա մուգ բծերը հեռացնելու դեմ արդյունավետ միջոց է կարտոֆիլը։ Կարող եք կատոֆիլի ջուրը քամել և պարբերաբար թրջոցներ դնել բծերի վրա կամ էլ, որ ավելի հեշտ է, կարտոֆիլի բարակ շերտեր կտրատել ու դնել մուգ բծերի վրա։ Արդյունքը նկատելի կլինի 7-8 օրից։
Հալվեի բուժիչ հատկությունների մասին բոլորը գիտեն։ Պարզվում է՝ այն նաև լավ է մաշկի համար։ Մեջտեղից կիսեք հալվեի տերևը և քսեք մաշկին։ Ապա թողեք, որ մաշկի վրա դրա թողած հեղուկն ինքնուրույն չորանա, ապա ջրով սրբեք։ Ամեն օր կրկնեք այս նույնը և կարճ ժամանակ անց կնկատեք արդյունքը։
Նարնջի կեղևը հարուստ է վիտամին C-ով, ինչը թարմություն է հաղորդում ցանկացած տիպի մաշկի։ 3 թեյի գդալ կաթը խառնեք մանր հարված նարնջի կեղևի հետ և քսեք մաշկին, թողեք 10-15 րոպե, ապա լվացեք գոլ ջրով։
Մաշկի գույնը բացացնող մեկ այլ հրաշալի միջոց է կիտրոնը։ Բամբակը թաթախեք թարմ կիրտոնի հյութի մեջ, ապա քսեք մուգ բծերին։ Հետո անպայման թողեք, որպեսզի հյութն ինքն իրեն չորանա, որից հետո միայն ջրով լվացեք։ Կարող եք նաև կիտրոնի հյութին մեղր ավելացնել․ այն միայն դրական ազդեցություն կունենա ձեր մաշկի վրա։
Առաջարկվող հաջորդ տարերակը կոկոսի յուղն է։ Իր խոնավացնող և սնուցող հատկությունների շնորհիվ այն ևս օգնում է ազատվել մուգ կետերից։ Պարզապես կոկոսի յուղը քսեք անհրաժեշտ հատվածների վրա, ապա թողեք, որ մաշկը ներծծի այն։
Փոխեք ձեր ապրելակերպը
Արևի տակ երկար մնալը, ինչպես նշվեց, մաշկի մուգ բծերի առաջացման ամենատարածված պատճառներից մեկն է։ Երբ երկար ժամանակ եք անցկացնում արևի տակ, օրգանիզմում մելանինների արտադրման գործընթացը խախտվում է, իսկ մելանինները սովորաբար մեր մաշկը պաշտպանում են արևի վտանգավոր ճառագայթներից։ Խորհուրդ է տրվում օրվա ամենաշոգ ժամերին արևի տակ չգտնվել և պարբերաբար արևապաշտպան քսուքներ օգտագործել։
