Մեքենաների մաքսազերծման արտոնությունը ՀՀ-ի համար երկարաձգելու առաջարկով ԵԱՏՄ-ին դիմելու հարցը դեռևս քննարկման փուլում է: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնեցին փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի գրասենյակից:
Ըստ հաշվարկների՝ ավտոմեքենաների մաքսազերծումը կատարվելու է շարժիչի հզորության խմ-ով: Օրինակ՝ 7 տարի և ավելի տարիք ունեցող մեքենաները նվազագույնը 4-4.5 անգամ են թանկանալու, իսկ 5 տարվա մեքենաների դեպքում՝ 3-3.5 անգամ:
2020 թ.-ի հունվարի 1-ից, հիշեցնենք, մեքենաների մաքսազերծումը իրականացվելու է ԵԱՏՄ դրույքաչափերով: Փոփոխության արդյունքում երրորդ երկրներից ներկրվող մեքենաների մաքսազերծման վճարը բարձրանալու է:
Հայաստանին 2015 թ.-ին 5 տարով արտոնություն էր տրվել առաջնորդվել անցումային դրույթներով, որի ժամկետն ավարտվում է 2020 թ.-ի հունվարի 1-ին:
Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ ավտոներկրողները մաքսազերծման փոփոխության խնդրով դիմել էին Ազգային ժողովի խմբակցություններին: Նրանց տվյալներով՝ մաքսային դրույքաչափի ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո հարցականի տակ է դրվելու 20-30 հազար ավտոներկրողների և մեքենաների առքուվաճառքով զբաղվողների աշխատանքը:
Ապրիլի 4-ին «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանը Ազգային ժողովի բակում հանդիպել էր ավտոներկրողներին և տեղեկացրել էր, որ մայիսին 2020 թ.-ի հունվարի 1-ից մեքենաների մաքսատուրքի բարձրացման հարցով լսումներ են կազմակերպելու:
«Դուք տասնյակ տարիներով զբաղված եք այդ գործով, ձեր օրվա հացն եք վաստակում են այս ճանապարհով, և այսօր պետական մակարդակով չկարողանալ այդ մարտահրավերի դեմն առնել, նշանակում է, որ պետությունը ձեռքերը լվացել է, մի կողմ է կանգնել և չի կարողանում ձեր ասած 20-30 հազար մարդու խնդիրը լուծել:
Կառավարությանը հստակ առաջարկել ենք, որ ԵԱՏՄ կոլեգիայի նիստում անպայման այս հարցը դնեն շրջանառության մեջ: Մենք չենք կարող եղած աշխատատեղերը կացնի մեկ հարվածով վերացնել»,- նշել էր Միքայել Մելքումյանը:
