Այսօր գրեթե բոլորը գիտեն, թե որոնք են հանդիսանում սրտի հիվանդությունների ռիսկային գործոնները: Գենետիկան ևս որոշակի դեր ունի, սակայն ամենամեծ դերը խաղում է մեր կենսակերպը:

Ըստ որոշ հետազոտությունների ձեր ականջների վրա եղած մազերի քանակը կարող է պատմել ձեր սրտի ապագա առողջության մասին:

Պարզվում է՝ ականջների վրա մազերի առկայությունը ոչ միայն տհաճ է էսթետիկ առումով, այլև՝ առողջական:

Դեռևս 1973 թվականին բժիշկ Սանդերս Տ. Ֆրանկը իր թիմի հետ հայտնաբերեցին, որ ականջի անկյունագծային ծալքը կարող է պատմել կորոնար շնչերակի հիվանդության մասին: 1984 թվականին գիտնականների մեկ այլ խումբ հաստատեց սա:

Իսկ 2006 թվականին արդեն նույնը հաստատեց բժիշկ Էդսոն Տ.-ն, ով մի ամբողջ գիտական հետազոտություն նվիրեց դրան:

 

Ինչպես պարզվեց այս մարդիկ նաև ունեին բավականին շատ քանակով մազ ականջներում:

Սակայն այստեղ կարևոր դեր են խաղում նաև տարիքը, սեռը, քաշը:

Իրականում գիտնականների բացատրությունն այսպիսին է, որքան շատ տեստեստերոն, այդքան շատ մազ ողջ մարմնով մեկ:

Տեստեստերոնի բարձր մակարդակ ունեցող տղամարդիկ ունեն խիտ մազածածկույթ մարմնի վրա և նրանք ավելի են հակված սրտային հիվանդությունների, քան կանայք:

Բայց և այնպես, պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ սա գործոններից ընդամենը մեկն է:
