Գյումրիի տնակային ավանում վարչապետին կոշիկ նվիրեցին. «Բայց ես 42 համար եմ հագնում, սա ինձ չի լինի»
SOCIETYԳյումրիի ավտոկայարանի հարակից տնակային ավանում շրջելիս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին մոտեցավ մի երիտասարդ և նրան տուփ փոխանցեց: Երբ Փաշինյանը տեսավ` կոշիկներ են, հարցրեց, թե որ արտադրամասինն են:
«Սևերսկու, գրած է վրան»,- պատասխանեց երիտասարդը:
Գյումրեցիներից մեկը բնակարանային փաստաթղթերի հետ կապված հարց բարձրացրեց, որը մի քանի անգամ կրկնեց, որպեսզի վարչապետը լսի, ինչին ի պատասխան՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատասխանեց. «Եղբայր, ես մեկ անգամից հասկանում եմ, մեկ անգամ ասեք»։
Այնուհետև անդրադառնալով Գյումրու տրանսպորտային խնդիրներին, վարչապետն ասաց՝ ակնհայտ է, որ Գյումրիում պետք է ավտոկայան կառուցվի, սակայն պետք է այնպիսի վայրում կառուցեն, որը կդառնա իրական տրանսպորտային ցանցի մաս, ուստի այդ ամենի համար պետք է լինի մասնագիտական եզրակացություն։
Իսկ արդեն տնակային ավանում բնակվողներից շատերը՝ դիմելով Փաշինյանին, խնդրեցին, որ իրենց տնակները սեփականաշնորհի։
«Մենք ասում ենք՝ տնակները վերացնենք, դուք ասում եք՝ սեփականաշնորհեք։ Մեր հանձնաժողովը պետք է աշխատի, որպեսզի հասկանանք, թե տնակներից որի նկատմամբ պետությունը պարտավորություն ունի, ինչպիսի իրավահարաբերություններ է գործում, և այլն, հիմա որևէ հարցի չեմ կարողանա պատասխանել»,- ասաց վարչապետը։
