2. Ալոե վերա
Մի բաժակ ջրի մեջ լցրեք կես բաժակ սննդային սոդա, 1 թեյի գդալ ալոե վերայի հյութ, 10 կաթիլ կիտրոնի եթերայուղ և 4 թեյի գդալ բուսական գլիցերին։ Լավ խառնեք և զանգվածը լցրեք պահպանման համար նախատեսված տարայի մեջ։ Ամեն օր սրանով մաքրեք ատամները և մեկընդմիշտ կմոռանաք գարշելի փառի ու ատամնաքարի մասին։
3. Նարնջի կեղև
Նարնջի կեղևով հնարավոր է արագ և արդյունավետ կերպով մաքրել ատամները։ Ատամնաքարը հեռացնելու համար կեղևով շփեք ատամները, այնուհետև 10 րոպե այն պահեք բերանում։
Եվս մի բավական արդյունավետ միջոց է ցիտրուսային մրգերի մանրացված կեղևը, ավելի ճիշտ, դրա սպիտակ մասը, որը պետք է մանրացնել սրճաղացով և ավելացնել ատամի մածուկին։ Օգտագործեք ամեն օր, քանի որ դա կօգնի պայքարել բերանի խոռոչի վնասակար մանրէների դեմ և ատամի դեղնած էմալը սպիտակեցնելու բնական ու էժան միջոց է։
