Ատամների սպիտակեցում՝ տնային պայմաններում

1.Սոդա

Մեկ գդալ կերակրի սոդան և մի պտղունց աղը հիանալի հանում են ատամնափառը՝ մի քանի նրբերանգով վճիտացնելով ատամները։ Գեղեցիկ ժպիտ ունենալու համար թրջեք ատամի խոզանակը, վրան քսեք պատրաստած խառնուրդն ու պարզապես մաքրեք ատամները։ Այնուհետեև ջրով ողողեք։ Սոդան բերանի խոռոչի առողջությանը չի սպառնա, բայց չարաշահել էլ պետք չի։

 

2. Ալոե վերա

Մի բաժակ ջրի մեջ լցրեք կես բաժակ սննդային սոդա, 1 թեյի գդալ ալոե վերայի հյութ, 10 կաթիլ կիտրոնի եթերայուղ և 4 թեյի գդալ բուսական գլիցերին։ Լավ խառնեք և զանգվածը լցրեք պահպանման համար նախատեսված տարայի մեջ։ Ամեն օր սրանով մաքրեք ատամները և մեկընդմիշտ կմոռանաք գարշելի փառի ու ատամնաքարի մասին։

3. Նարնջի կեղև

Նարնջի կեղևով հնարավոր է արագ և արդյունավետ կերպով մաքրել ատամները։ Ատամնաքարը հեռացնելու համար կեղևով շփեք ատամները, այնուհետև 10 րոպե այն պահեք բերանում։
