Դանիայում կատարված հետազոտությունների արդյունքում,որոնք տևել են շուրջ 10 տարի, պարզվել է ,որ 28947 մարդ ունեցել է սրտի հանկարծակի սպազմ:
Կատարված հետազոտությունները պարզել են ,որ իբուպրոֆենը սրտի հանկարծակի կանգի ռիսկը ավելացնում է 31, իսկ դիկլոֆենակը՝50 %-ով:
Այստեղից հետևում է,որ այս պրեպարատները պետք է օգտագործել միայն խիստ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում՝հատկապես սրտի հետ խնդիրներ ունեցող մարդկանց դեպքում :
