Դեպքը պատահել է Նիգերիայում:Հարսանիքներից մեկի ժամանակ ոչ ոք ոչինչ չէր կասկածում,բացի շնից ,որին այժմ հերոս են կոչում:
Անցյալ գարնանը,Նիգերիայի Բելբելո գյուղում հարսանիք էր:Հավաքվել էր ,որպես կանոն ողջ գյուղը:Նրանք չէին էլ պատկերացնում,թե ինչ վտանգ է սպառնում իրենց կյանքին:
Միջոցառման ժամանակ ,մարդկանց մոտեցավ մի կին,ով իր զգեստի փեշի տակ ռումբ ուներ ու պատրասվում էր այն պայթեցնել հարսանիքի հյուրերի հենց մեջտեղում:
Միայն շունն էր,որ հասկացավ ինչ է կատարվում:
Այս փոքրիկ հերոսը հարձակվեց կնոջ վրա:Նա ուղղակի կանխեց ռումբի պայթյունը մարդաշատ վայրում:
Շունն իր կյանքի գնով փրկեց բազմաթիվ մարդկային կյանքեր:Ռումբը պայթեց մարդկանցից շատ հեռու,մահացան միայն մահապարտ կինն ու շունը:
Սա մի պատմություն է, որը մեկ անգամ ևս ապացուցում է,որ շունը մարդու լավ բարեկամն է:
