- 10մլ անանուխի եթերային յուղ
- 10մլ թեյի ծառի եթերային յուղ
- 10մլ լիմոնի եթերային յուղ
- 10 մլ անիսի եթերային յուղ
Բոլոր այս յուղերը խառնեք մուգ շշի մեջ,այնուհետև ստացված խառնուրդի մի քանի կաթիլ ավելացրեք մի բաժակ ջրին,լցրեք բերանը,մի քանի րոպե պահեք և թափեք:Բերանը ողողեք մաքուր ջրով:
Ոսկե խառնուրդ
- 1թ.գ քրքումի փոշի
- 1 բաժակ տաք ջուր
Քրքումը խառնել եռման ջրին,թողնել հովանա, դնել սառնարան:
Այս խառնուրդով օրը 3 անգամ պետք է ողողել բերանը,որպեսզի կանխարգելել լնդերի բորբոքումն ու ատամնաքարերի առաջացումը:

- 0,5 բաժակ թարմ ռոզեմարին
- 1 բաժակ թարմ անանուխ
- 1լ եռման ջուր
Ջուրը եռացնել,լցնել դեղաբույսերի վրա,թողնել հովանա 10-15 րոպե,քամել:Այնուհետև ավելացնել 2 ճ.գ. գլիցիրին, դատարկել ախտահանած շշի մեջ և պահել սառնարանում:Այս խառնուրդով 2 շաբաթ ողողեք բերանն ամեն օր և անպայման արդյունքը տեսանելի կլինի:
