Խորը երակների թրոմբոզի ընդհանուր նշան են հաճախակի ցավերը և ծակծկոցը ոտքերի ստորին մասում: Հատկապես վտանգավոր է, եթե դա ուղեկցվում է հաճախակի ջղաձգություններով:

3. Տարօրինակ կարմիր գծեր մաշկի վրա
Կապտուկը թրոմբի ևս մեկ ձև է: Բայց եթե տեսնում եք կարիմր գծեր, որոնք գտնվում են երակներին զուգահեռ, դա պարզապես կապտուկ չէ: Անհապաղ բժշկի դիմեք:

5. Հևոց
Խոսքն այն դեպքերի մասին չէ, երբ սանդուղքով 15-րդ հարկ եք բարձրացել: Այլ երբ հեևոցն «առանց պատճառի է»: Այն ևս կարող է խոսել թոքերի շուրջ արյան թանձրացման մասին: Սովորաբար այն նաև ուղեկցվում է հանկարծակի գլխապտույտով:

6. Անբացատրելի հազ
Եթե առանց պատճառի եք հազում (այսինքն՝ մրսած չեք, չեք ծխում, իսկ ռենտգենը ցույց է տվել, որ թոքերը մաքուր են), պետք է ավելի հաճախ ուշադրություն դարձնեք սրտի ռիթմին և շնչառության ռիթմին:
Եթե հազն ուղեկցվում է կրծքավանդակում ցավով, անհամաչափ ռիթմով կամ անբացատրելի հևոցով, պետք է բժշկի դիմեք:
