Բժշկական հաստատություններից ստացված տվյալների վերլուծությունը ցույց է տվել, որ ծանր հիվանդների շրջանում մահացության գագաթնակետը ժամը 4-ին է: Բժիշկները երկար ժամանակ չէին կարողանում տալ առավոտյան մահերի պատճառների բացատրությունը:

 

1950-ական թվականներին բժիշկ Անատոլի Զիլբերը աշխատանքային օրվա սկզբից շատ ավելի վաղ է հիվանդանոց եկել ամեն օր: Դա օգնել է իր բաժանմունքում մահացությունը մի քանի անգամով նվազեցնելուն: Այս բժիշկը կրիտիկական բժշկության հիմնադիրներից մեկն է, իր երկրի առաջին ինտենսիվ թերապիայի, անեսթեզիոլոգիայի եւ ինտենսիվ խնամքի ծառայության ստեղծողը: Այդ սովորությանը 87-ամյա պրոֆեսորը հավատարիմ է մինչև օրս: Ամեն օր նա ժամը 4-ին Կարելիայի հանրապետական ​​հիվանդանոցում է:
