Անվանի պրոֆեսորը բացահայտել է, թե ինչու են ծանր հիվանդները մահանում լուսադեմին
LIFEԲժշկական հաստատություններից ստացված տվյալների վերլուծությունը ցույց է տվել, որ ծանր հիվանդների շրջանում մահացության գագաթնակետը ժամը 4-ին է: Բժիշկները երկար ժամանակ չէին կարողանում տալ առավոտյան մահերի պատճառների բացատրությունը:
1950-ական թվականներին բժիշկ Անատոլի Զիլբերը աշխատանքային օրվա սկզբից շատ ավելի վաղ է հիվանդանոց եկել ամեն օր: Դա օգնել է իր բաժանմունքում մահացությունը մի քանի անգամով նվազեցնելուն: Այս բժիշկը կրիտիկական բժշկության հիմնադիրներից մեկն է, իր երկրի առաջին ինտենսիվ թերապիայի, անեսթեզիոլոգիայի եւ ինտենսիվ խնամքի ծառայության ստեղծողը: Այդ սովորությանը 87-ամյա պրոֆեսորը հավատարիմ է մինչև օրս: Ամեն օր նա ժամը 4-ին Կարելիայի հանրապետական հիվանդանոցում է:
«Հիվանդներին հետեւելով, ես հասկացա, որ այդ պահին գեոմագնիսական միջավայրի փոփոխության շնորհիվ բոլոր մարդիկ անկայունություն են ունենում իրենց կենսական գործառույթներում (շնչառություն, սրտի բաբախում եւ այլն), — բացատրում է պրոֆեսոր Անատոլի Զիլբերը: — Առողջ մարդիկ դա չեն նկատում, իսկ նրանք, ովքեր վտանգավոր վիճակում են, հեռանում են կյանքից: Այս երևույթը կանխելու համար մենք սկսեցինք նման հիվանդների կանխարգելիչ թերապիան առավոտյան ժամը 3.00-3.30-ին: Բժիշկների եւ բուժքույրերի աշխատանքի ժամանակացույցը փոքր-ինչ փոխելով, մենք կարողացանք կրճատել մահացությունը մի քանի անգամ»:
«Իմ կարծիքով, ժամանակակից բժշկության խնդիրներից շատերը առաջացնում են ոչ թե մասնագիտական վերապատրաստման բացակայությամբ, այլ այն փաստը, որ այսօր բժիշկները սարսափելի հեռու են ժողովրդից, — համոզված է Ա.Զիլբերը: «Հետեւաբար, նրանց մեջ, առաջին հերթին, անհրաժեշտ է զարգացնել գրեթե մոռացված զգացում` կարեկցանք հիվանդի հանդեպ»:
