ՀՀԿ-ի «գաստրոլները»
POLITICSԱյսօր՝ ապրիլի 4-ին, Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագը քննարկելու է ՀՀ-ԵՄ համաձայնագրի վավերացման հարցը: «Փաստ» թերթին հայտնի է դարձել, որ ՀՀ-ից այդ հարցի քննարկմանը հրավիրվել է ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը, ինչը համարվում է խիստ հատկանշական և բազմաշերտ ժեստ: Փաստացի այս հրավերով եվրոպացիները նախ՝ ակնարկում են, որ այդ համաձայնագրի նախապատրաստումը և ստորագրումը նախորդ իշխանությունների անուրանալի լուման է եղել, և երկրորդ՝ հաստատում, որ ՀՀԿ-ականներն անցյալում լուրջ աշխատանք են կատարել: Ըստ էության, Աշոտյանին հրավիրելով՝ գնահատական տալուց զատ շեշտադրում է արվում, որ անկախ արտախորհրդարանական կարգավիճակից՝ իրենք շարունակում են աշխատել ՀՀԿականների հետ: Այստեղ, ըստ ամենայնի, մեծ նշանակություն է ունեցել նաև ՀՀԿ-ի՝ ԵԺԿ անդամ լինելու հանգամանքը, նաև «Կոնրադ Ադենաուեր» հիմնադրամի շրջանակներում ՀՀԿ-ի ծավալած համագործակցությունը: Սակայն որոնք էլ լինեն հիմնական շարժառիթները, փաստն այն է, որ այսօրվա կարևորագույն հարցի քննարկմանը ՀՀ-ն հրավիրված է ՀՀԿ-ի, մասնավորապես՝ Աշոտյանի դեմքով: Ի դեպ, թերթի տեղեկություններով, այդ քննարկմանը գործող ԱԺ-ից ոչ ոք չի հրավիրվել: Դժվար է ասել՝ այս քայլով ներկայի ու ապագայի տեսակետից ինչ «ստավկաներ» է անում եվրոպական գերտերությունը, բայց, մեր աղբյուրների պնդմամբ, ՀՀԿ-ի ռեբրենդինգի համար «Կոնրադ Ադենաուեր» հիմնադրամը լուրջ աշխատանքներ է տանում:
