Մայոր Սուրեն Մելքումյան․ նրա հեռախոսահամարին մի քանի օր ադրբեջանցիներն են պատասխանել
SOCIETYՄեր ժամանակի հերոս՝ մայոր Սուրեն Մելքումյան․ Զոհվել է Արցախի ՊԲ՝ Ջաբրայիլի զորամասում։
2016թ. Ապրիլի 1-ին ադրբեջանական կողմը լայնածավալ ռազմական գործողություններ սկսեց սահմանագծում: Սուրենը՝ իր չորս ընկերների հետ առանց տատանվելու նետվել է առաջնագիծ, որտեղ ծանր մարտ էր մղվում, եւ մարտնչել է որպես հասարակ զինվոր, եւ իր չորս սպա ընկերների հետ կյանքը տվել հայրենի հողի համար։
Սուրենը ընկերասեր էր, հյուրասեր, սիրում էր վայելել կյանքը, ապրել այսօրվա օրով։ Սուրենի կնոջ՝ Արեւիկի խոսքով, Սուրենը անտառ շատ էր սիրում, ամեն շաբաթ կեսօրից հետո գնում էին գյուղ, եւ Սուրենը գնում էր անտառ։
Սուրենի հեռախոսահամարին մի քանի օր ադրբեջանցիներն են պատասխանել, այդ ընթացքում Արեւիկը հույս ունեցել, որ ամուսինը թաքնվել է անտառում, որն այնքան սիրում էր ու լավ ճանաչում: Օրեր անց Սուրենի եւ ընկերների մարմիններն ադրբեջանական կողմը հանձնել է հայերին: Մայոր Սուրեն Մելքումյանին հուղարկավորել են փակ դագաղով։ Սուրեն Մելքումյանը 4 անչափահաս տղաների հայր էր, սիրող ու հոգատար ամուսին:
Սուրեն Մելքումյանը ծնվել է 1979 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 10-ին, Արցախի Հանրապետության Հադրութի շրջանի՝ Տումի գյուղում: Սովորել է Տումի գյուղի դպրոցում: Դպրոցն ավարտելուց հետո 1997 թվականին ընդունվել է Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական ինստիտուտ: 2001 թվականին ավարտելով ռազմական ինստիտուտը լեյտենանտի կոչումով եւ կապավորի մասնագիտությամբ, ծառայել է ԼՂՀ ՊԲ մի շարք զորամասերում` ամենուր ցուցաբերելով բարձր կատարողական կարգապահություն եւ մարտական պատրաստվածություն: Հարուստ փորձի եւ բարձր պատասխանատվության համար նշանակվում է Ջաբրայիլի զորամասի վառելիքա-քսայուղային նյութերի ծառայության պետ։
Պարգեւատրվել է՝ ՀՀ ԶՈՒ 20-ամյակին նվիրված մեդալով, հետմահու՝ «Անբասիր ծառայության» 1-ին աստիճանի մեդալով։ Այս տարվա ապրիլի 2-ին Սուրեն Մելքումյանի հիշատակին Հադրութի շրջանի Տումի համայնքում տեղի է ունեցել խաչքարի եւ ցայտաղբյուրի բացման արարողություն:
