Ապրիլյան պատերազմի արտաքին դերակատարները
POLITICSՆախօրեին ապրիլյան պատերազմի զոհերին հարգանքի տուրք մատուցելու առիթով Եռաբլուր այցելած պաշտոնյաների թվում էր ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը, ով լրագրողների հետ հարցազրույցում ասել է, թե «ապրիլ յան պատերազմի պատճառը, շատ հնարավոր է, միայն մեր ներքին խնդիրը չի եղել, պետք է հասկանալ, թե այնտեղ ինչքանով են առկա եղել արտաքին քաղաքական գործոնները, այդ ամենի վերաբերյալ պետք է խորքային ուսումնասիրություն արվի»:
Քոչարյանի հնչեցրած թեզերը հատկապես հետաքրքրական են, երբ այն համադրում ենք դեռևս ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առաջ քաշած մի շարք դրույթների հետ: Մասնավորապես, 2016 թվականի ապրիլին Ազգային ժողովում, այնուհետև նաև 2018թ. մարտի 26-ին երիտասարդ փորձագետների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Փաշինյանն ասել էր. «Ես պնդել եմ, որ ապրիլյան պատերազմը Ադրբեջանը համաձայնեցրած է եղել Ռուսաստանի հետ: Այդ պատերազմը սանձազերծվել էր՝ Ադրբեջանին ԵԱՏՄ անդամ դարձնելու համար»: «Փաստ» թերթի հետ զրույցում երեկ որոշ փորձագետներ նման հայտարարություններ անելը այս փուլում բավականին ռիսկային էին համարում, քանի որ այն հնչեցնում է խորհրդարանական երկրի անվտանգության հարցերով հանձնաժողովի նախագահը և փաստացի ապրիլ յան պատերազմի մեջ մեղադրում արտաքին ուժերին: Իսկ այդ արտաքին ուժը, ըստ փաշինյանական դիտարկումների, կոնկրետ եղել է ՌԴ-ն: Հետաքրքիր է, թե ի՞նչ կարծիք ունի արդեն վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այս հարցի առումով՝ նո՞ւյն, թե՞ դարձյալ փոփոխված:
