INTERNATIONAL NEWSՎրաստանում ապրիլի 1-ից ուժի մեջ է մտել մեկանգամյա օգտագործման պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակների արտադրությունը, ներկրումն ու վաճառքն արգելող օրենքը: Բացառություն են կազմում կենսաբանորեն քայքայվող տոպրակները, գրում է theworldnews.net-ը:
Օրենքի առաջին խախտման համար քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ կսահմանվի 500 լարի՝ մոտ 185 դոլար, իսկ երկրորդ խախտման դեպքում՝ 1000 լարի տուգանք:
Հայտնի է, որ Վրաստանը փուլ առ փուլ իրականացնում է պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակներից հրաժարվելու ծրագիրը: Անցած տարվա հոկտեմբերի 1-ից երկրում արգելվել էր 15 միկրոնից մեծ հաստություն ունեցող միանգամյա օգտագործման պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակների վաճառքը կամ անվճար տրամադրումը, արտադրությունն ու ներկրումը:
Երկրի Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության տվյալներով՝ 2014թ.-ին Վրաստանի յուրաքանչյուր բնակչի հաշվով տարեկան 525 պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակ է օգտագործվել, ինչը մի քանի տասնյակ անգամ գերազանցում է, օրինակ, Դանիայի և Ֆինլանդիայի ցուցանիշները:
