ECONOMICSՀՀ ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Արման Պողոսյանը Հարկային օրենսգրքի նախագծի նախնական տարբերակով առաջարկվող գազավորված ըմպելիքների ակցիզային հարկով հարկելու դրույթից հրաժարվելը համարում է տնտեսվարողների հետ բաց քննարկումների արդյունք: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին ԱԺ տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Արման Պողոսյանը:
«Լսելով ոլորտի տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտներին, նաև լրացուցիչ քննարկվելով նրանց կողմից ներկայացված անհանգստությունները՝ մենք որոշել ենք այս փուլում ձեռնպահ մնալ գազավորված ըմպելիքների ակցիզային հարկով հարկման նախաձեռնությունից: Այսինքն` նախագիծն ԱԺ քննարկմանը ներկայացվել է առանց դրա: Կառավարությունը, Ֆինանսների նախարարությունը միշտ պատրաստ են երկխոսության, մենք լսել ենք նրանց անհանգստությունները և որոշել ենք ներկա փուլում ձեռնպահ մնալ»,-ասաց փոխնախարարը:
Նա շեշտեց՝ սա վկայում է ոչ թե ճնշման ազդեցությամբ կառավարության զիջումների, այլ տնտեսվարողների հետ նորմալ, առողջ երկխոսության մասին, որի հնարավորությունը կառավարությունը տվել է բոլոր ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչներին:
Պողոսյանը նկատեց, որ այդ երկխոսություններն ինքնանպատակ չեն, դրանցից ծնվում են որոշումներ: Նա շատ նորմալ գնահատեց այն պրակտիկան, որ նախագիծը որպես քննարկման առարկա բերում է երկխոսություններ և դրանցից ծնվում են համապատասխան որոշումներ:
