Մարտի 31-ի երեկոյից լարված էր իրավիճակը Վեոլիա Ջրի Աշտարակում գտնվող Կենտրոնական կարգավարական ծառայությունում:

Չափիչ սարքերը ցույց էին տալիս ջրի ճնշման շարունակական անկում «Արզնի 1 - Երեւան» մայրուղային ջրատարում, որով ինքնահոս եղանակով ստացվում է 835 լիտր ջուր վայրկյանում: Առավոտյան դեմ հոսակորուստը հասավ 250 լիտրի: Ակնհայտ էր, որ խոսքը ջրատարի վթարի մասին է: Ընդ որում ավելի խոշոր, քան շաբաթ առավոտյան գրանցված «Արզնի 2 – Երեւան» խողովակաշարինը:

Այդ ընթացքում ջրատարից սնուցվող մայրաքաղաքի Արաբկիր, Կենտրոն եւ Էրեբունի վարչական շրջաններում անխափան ջրամատակարարում ապահովելու համար կարգավարները իրար հետեւից վերագործարկում են պահուստային պոմպերը Կաթնաղբյուրի ու Գառնու աղբյուրներում՝ համապատասխան չափով ավելացնելով Երեւան մղվող ջրի քանակը:

Դրանով պայմանավորված, սպառողներն այսօր 12.00-ի դրությամբ ջրի պակաս չեն ունեցել: Իսկ մինչ այդ Վեոլիա Ջրի «Արեւմուտք» տարածաշրջանային տնօրինության մասնագետներն ուսումնասիրել էին «Արզնի 1 - Երեւան» մայրուղային ջրատարն ու եկել եզրակացության, որ դրա կանգառն անխուսափելի է: Ընդ որում, մինչեւ 36 ժամով:

Տեղանքը՝ Արզնիի ջրաղբյուրից դեպի Երեւան, Հրազդանի ձորում, հեչ հարմար չէ՝ վթարի վերացման աշխատանքների կազմակերպման առումով: Հողը թաց է, ճանապարհ չկա, տեխնիկան ու մասնագետները դժվար են տեղաշարժվում: Վթարն էլ բարդ է:

Ինչպես եւ շաբաթ օրվա վթարը հարակից «Արզնի 2 – Երեւան» ջրատարի վրա, այս վթարի հիմնական պատճառը ներկայիս եղանակային պայմաններն են: Խնդիրն այն է, որ մարտ-մայիս ամիսներին, ձյան հալոցքով ու առատ անձրեւներով պայմանավորված, լեռնաշատ վայրերում, ձորերում ու կիրճերում տեղի է ունենում հողի սահք: Ջրով առատորեն հագեցած ու ծանրացած հողը երբեմն լեռան լանջերից ներքեւ է սահում ու իր հետ տեղաշարժում տարածքով անցնող խողովակաշարերը: Վերջիններս էլ հաճախ, չդիմանալով ճնշմանը, ճաք են տալիս եռակցման կարից կամ էլ պարզապես անջատվում են խողովակների միացման կետից ու ջուր թողնում: Դե իսկ բարձր ճնշմամբ դուրս հորդող ջուրն էլ իր հերթին է ավերում տարածքն ու ավելի բարդացնում վթարի հետեւանքները:

Այսպիսին է ներկայումս իրավիճակը Հրազդանի ձորում: Այնուամենայնիվ, ջրմուղագործերն աշխատում են խողովակաշարի վրա անընդհատ ռեժիմով: Կա բավարար տեխնիկա, ծախսանյութ ու մասնագետներ:

Ասենք նաեւ, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ տվյալ մայրուղային ջրատարով մայրաքաղաքը ստանում է հասանելիքի 11,5%-ը, բայց 12.00-ից ջրամատակարարման ընդհատման պատճառով ջուր չունի սպառողների միայն 4%-ը: Մնացածները ջուր ստանում են ջրամբարներից, ինչպես նաեւ նշված Կաթնաղբյուրից ու Գառնիից մղվող լրացուցիչ ջրաքանակի վերաբաշխման շնորհիվ: Հուսով են, որ մնացածների կենցաղային անհարմարությունն էլ երկար չի տեւի: «Արեւմուտքից» խոստանւմ են անել հնարավորինս, հայտարարված՝ ապրիլի 2, ժամը 24.00 ժամկետից շուտ «Արզնի 1 - Երեւան» ջրատարի վերագործարկման համար:
