Հայտնի է` երբ կքննվի Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի բողոքն ընդդեմ Սիլվա Համբարձումյանի
SOCIETYՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի փաստաբանները Սիլվա Համբարձումյանից պահանջում են հերքել Քոչարյանին զրպարտող տեղեկություններն ու վճարել 2 մլն դրամ։
ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հայցն ընդդեմ գործարար Սիլվա Համբարձումյանի ՀՀ քաղաքացիական դատարանում կքննվի ապրիլի 16-ին։ Այս մասին նշված է datalex.am կայքում։
Քոչարյանի փաստաբանները Սիլվա Համբարձումյանից պահանջում են հերքել զրպարտություն հանդիսացող տեղեկությունները, որոնք նա հայտնել էր մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ, և որպես բարոյական վնասի փոխհատուցում վճարել 2 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ։
Հիշեցնենք` 2018 թվականին նոյեմբերի 2-ին հրավիրած մամուլի ասուլիսում գործարար Սիլվա Համբարձումյանն ասել էր, որ 2008 թ-ին խոշոր գործարք է արել արաբների հետ և իրեն չխանգարելու համար վճարել Քոչարյանին։
Ավելի ուշ, սակայն, Համբարձումյանը հերքել էր իր այս հայտարարությունը` ասելով, որ գումարը տվել է Սամվել Մայրապետյանին, իսկ թե նա ում է փոխանցել, տեղյակ չէ։
2019թ–ի մարտի 13-ին Համբարձումյանը հերքել էր նաև Քոչարյանի փաստաբանների հայտնած տեղեկությունները, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն իրեն դատի է տվել։
«Երկու ամսից ավելի ժամանակ է անցել։ Ես դատարանից ծանուցում չեմ ստացել»,– ասել էր նա։
Նշենք, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի և Սամվել Մայրապետյանի նկատմամբ կաշառքի մեղադրանքներն առաջադրվել էին հենց Սիլվա Համբարձումյանի ցուցմունքների հիման վրա։
