Պատրաստումը՝ Սմբուկը լվացեք, օղակաձև կտրտեք, լցրեք եռացող ջրով կաթսայի մեջ: Թողեք, մինչև տաք ջուրը սառի: Հեղուկի մոտ 750 մլ պահեք սառնարանում, մնացած 250 մլ-ը կարող եք օգտագործել արտաքին կիրառմամբ:
Կիրառեք այս միջոցի օգտագործման հետևյալ մեթոդները՝ Անհրաժեշտ կլինեն նույն բաղադրիչները, ինչ նախորդ դեպքում, և 50 մլ ձիթապտղի յուղ:
Նախորդ փուլից պահած 250 մլ հեղուկը խառնեք ձիթապտղի յուղին: Ստացված խառնուրդը սառնարանում պահեք:
Կիրառումը՝
Այս միջոցը պետք է ներքին օգտագործմամբ ընդունեք՝ 250 մլ առավոտյան քաղցած վիճակում, 250 մլ ճաշի ժամին, 250 մլ երեկոյան
Արտաքին կիրառման դեպքում պետք է միջոցն օգտագործեք խնդրահարույց մասերի համար գիշերը՝ քնելուց առաջ: Պարզապես հեղուկը քսեք խնդրահարույց մասերին և վրան մաքուր կտոր դրեք:
Այս միջոցի օգտագործումից 20 օր անց կկարողանաք վերականգնել ծնկների և ոտքերի շարժումը: Ցավը և բորբոքումն ամբողջովին կվերանան:
