ՀՀ ԱՆ գլխավոր նյարդավիրաբույժ Ռուբեն Ֆանարջյանը նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանին ներկայացրել է գլխուղեղի կաթվածների  կանխարգելման և բուժման ծրագրի նախագիծը, որն ուղղված է  կաթվածների բուժման արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, հանրապետության առաջատար մասնագետների մասնակցությամբ հրավիրված խորհրդակցոÖ �թյանը նախարարը  հանգամանալից քննարկել է  նյարդավիրաբուժության զարգացմանն ուղղված ծրագրերը և դրանց իրականացումը:

Ֆանարջյանի խոսքով` գլուղեղի կաթվածների բուժումն ամբողջ աշխարհում առողջապահական կարևոր խնդիր է, որն անգամ զարգացած երկրներում  հաշմանդամության և մահացության  պատճառների շարքում երրորդ տեղում է: 
 

Մասնագետի փոխանցմամբ`  աշխարհում գլխուղեղի կաթվածների բուժումը զգալի առաջընթաց է ապրել և մահացությունը աստիճանաբար նվազել է: Արդյունքների բարելավման գործում զգալի դեր ունի այնպիսի ռիսկի գործոնների բկանխարգելումը, ինչպիսիք են զարկերակային գերճնշումը, շաքարային դիաբետը, ծխախոտը և ալկոհոլը: 

Ցուցանիշների բարելավմանն են նպաստել նաև կատարելագործված   բուժական միջամտությունները և ներանոթային միջամտությունները: 

Ակնկալվում է, որ միջազգային փորձի վրա հիմնված, նման ծրագրի ներդրման շննորհիվ կկրճատվի արյան շրջանառության հիվանդությունների հետևանքով վաղաժամ մահացությունը և հաշմանդամությունը:  

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը ՀՀ նյարդավիրաբույժների ասոցիացիային, ոլորտի մասնագետներին և նախարարության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին հանձնարարել է ձևավորել աշխատանքային խումբ, որը առաջիկայում կներկայացնի ազգային ծրագրի նախագծի վերջնական մշակված տարբերակը,  ուր  մանրամասն  կարտացոլվեն  ազգային ծրագրի իրականացման համար անհրաժեշտ ենթակառուցվածքները և  բուժման ընթացակարգերը: Հանձնարավել է  նաև ներկայացնել ծրագրի իրականացման ծախսարդյունավետությունը: 

Ծրագիրը կյանքի կոչելու գործում Արմեն Մուրադյանը  առանձակի  կարևորել է  շտապօգնության ծառայության  աշխատանքը, բժշկական կազմակերպությունների հստակեցման, չափորոշիչների մշակման, ինչպես նաև որակյալ մասնագետների պատրաստման հարցերը:
